I recently visited [Paletas Tocumbo] and was disappointed with the service I received. Despite the shop's delicious ice cream, the employee's attitude name “ Yolet” her behavior detracted from my experience. Specifically, I noticed that the employee rolled their eyes and seemed dismissive when I asked for recommendations. As a customer, I expect friendly and attentive service.
