Subway — Restaurant in Franklin

I seriously debate on whether to give a 2-star, or 3 because the food is good, and appears fresh, people seem nice and it isn't usually busy when I come in so I never have to wait more then 2 minutes to order at the most, which is nice. But I hate saying this, but one guy who just started there not to long ago appears to be high out of his freaking mind like 75% of the time hes there. I'm not saying he is doing that on the clock, or there, I didn't see that I'm saying from other visits when hes there to, there is a lot more reason for me to think thats the case then another reason because like I said he isn't that way every visit. But nonetheless they're always friendly, pretty quick in making sure you get your order, and its correct, hot, and fresh which is what we come for anyway so that's nice. But another individual lets just say is very nonchalant about who's around if one coworker is late, or is slacking in anyway, regardless if customers are around. But if they do mess anything up they do a good job fixing it, and they seem to always be nice, and friendly to everyone. They also do amazing when theres one of the girls there because of how soft she makes the cookies, weirdly no one else I've seen does that when I'm there but if I see her I know shes made...

I just attempted to try and get a sandwich from this location. I’m not sure if it is a franchise or if it is owned by pilot flying J. first off the the portion size is at this location. Should be a crime. They’re absolutely cheating people. I eat Subway fairly regularly and I’ve never seen portion sizes this small beware. Then on top of that the first associate that attempted to help me I asked a question about a portion size and she seemed to get annoyed with my question insisted on someone else making my sandwich. Worst subway in America. I used to go to this subway regularly. The people at the front counter take 20 minutes to make one sandwich. I’m on the side of the laborer and most people really want to work but these people at this subway do not. Bad attitudes, bad customer service, and limited discipline from staff. Swearing in front of customers, they almost gave away my sandwich twice to the customer in front of me and I told them it’s mine and they put it in the other customers bag anyway. The staff at this subway do not pay attention. I get it that it’s just a job but none of those people at this subway remotely care at all. It’s bad enough that we have to pay 10 dollars...
