White Castle — Restaurant in Franklin

To be fair, I didn't expect a White Castle that is attached to a gas station to be a fine dining experience, but they could have been a bit friendlier. I simply asked for 4 cheeseburgers with everything and heavy pickle... To their credit, they were fresh off the grill, however, they gave me 4 cheeseburgers with ONLY onion and pickles. I wasn't really upset; I get it, people make honest mistakes, so I went to the counter and asked them for ketchup and mustard. To my surprise, she barked at me and said "we gave you exactly what you asked for!" I was a bit surprised at such a terse response and pointed out that I had asked for everything. She quickly retorted "onions and pickles IS everything!! We don't make them like they do up North!" Seems a bit odd that they also don't make them like they do at EVERY OTHER burger joint in the neighborhood. If you knew it was 'different' in the North, perhaps you should consider clarifying that request next time someone stops in to order something with everything, especially considering you're directly off of I75, and I'm quite confident I'm not the first person who was heading North that made the mistake of stopping in...

Terrible customer service. Worker had an attitude because i asked her to change her gloves before fixing my sandwiches because she went to the back then came back and picked-up some other thing plus picked up the french fries basket all before she was getting ready to fix my food then asked me can she help me her co worker told her i was awaiting on my order she then proceeds to cleaning the grill and wiping down the table that they make the burgers with and just refusing to fix my order I awaited just to see what she and the other staff would do. How dare you have an attitude and refuse to fix my food because i asked for you to change your gloves before you fix my food it should have bern a pleasure to serve me with great customer service I have a right not to want to be served with you touching everything but the food before you fix it and without that attitude and smart mouth i had to await 45 mins for my food with no one else in the store nor drive thru she should be fired. Better yet I'm going to report this...

I decided to stop and get White Castle because I heard that White Castle has good burgers! The cashier at the front kept picking her face and she took our order until it started to bleed. I told her that she should stop because it was bleeding. She proceeded to take my order and then gave me my drinking cup with the same hand that she was picking with. Next in line was my brother and two other customers. She never stopped to wash her hands. Then when I got my food there was a long white hair attached to my piece of fish I gave it back and she remade the order and gave me a little bit more than I originally ordered. That was a nice gesture but nevertheless it was a bad experience. As I write this review just know that I am totally disgusted and my appetite was completely ruined while i am hungry as hell! Please make sure that you are very observant of the people who are making your food when you go to restaurant and don't be afraid to tell them to wash...
