Subway — Restaurant in Franklin

I have went to this location several times and always noticed they seem to hate their lives but they have never been really rude but today I went and a young girl heavier set girl was working and she was the rudest person I have dealt with there by far!! I needed 2 sandwiches but 1 I needed to have the veggies placed in a separate bowl as my fiancé would not be home for 6 more hrs. She proceeded to tell me she would have to charge me for soup if I needed a bowl or she would charge me for a salad if I needed a larger bowl for the veggies that went on the sandwich. I said I will pay for a bowl that is no issue. Then she calls her boss and he says no and I say fine whatever you need to do I just need the bread and the meat together with the veggies on the side as my fiancé will not be home for six more hours and I don’t want to sandwich to be soggy. She says well regardless, you’ll get charge full price for whatever bowl you use even if you don’t get what the bowl is used for with a very big attitude, rolling her eyes. I always get the same a blt bacon microwave first and she had a fit that I wanted that done first and slammed the bacon down on the wax paper. I have to say I told her never mind I would go somewhere else and she said glad to hear it. This is got to be the rudest subway there is this is no wonder why they do not have many customers, even though they are in the busiest Walmart last year. As I got into the store. There were 2 boys sitting on their phones. They didn't wait on me right away they were discussing who was going to get up, and take my order. These are both very young boys. I explained I was ordering 2 sandwiches. Which made the kid look more upset that he had to wait on me. I ordered my first sandwich, and while doing so. The manager came in. He made the other boy get up, and start taking orders since I wasn't the only customer there. The boy never explained to me that the first sandwich I ordered was not offered with my coupon. I wasn't aware of this until the manager spoke up. So now I have to order a third sandwich. As I'm trying the boy what I was needing for the last sandwich he just stood there looking at me like I was stupid. The manager told him to get started on the one I just ordered. He was arguing with the manager in front of myself, and 3 other customers. He finally got to ring me up. He was very rude, and said scan it. I asked him what he was talking about as I was handing him the coupon. He took the coupon and scanned it so I thought.
