Sweethaven is the BEST!! Oh man, what I wouldn't give for a Dole Whip froyo right now. And I know the kids get excited about the sprinkle bar, but so does this mama. I didn't know there were quality levels of sprinkles until I tried these. They are so fresh and delicious! The shop is beautiful, the ice cream and yogurt flavors offer something for everyone, and the location just across from the lake is perfect. The staff are what every owner dreams of, and the owners are what every community dreams of. Can't wait to return!

While roaming the Franklin Square came across Sweet Haven Ice Cream. I was in the mood for a milkshake and Anna and Izzy took great care of me. Good milkshake...not too sweet and fresh tasting. The service and friendly attitude from Anna and Izzy was exceptional, especially they were both only on week two of their employment. Great little spot to take a break and enjoy some great ice cream.

While roaming the Franklin Square came across Sweet Haven Ice Cream. I was in the mood for a milkshake and Anna and Izzy took great care of me. Good milkshake...not too sweet and fresh tasting. The Exhausted Parent ice cream was delicious, along with the strawberry ice cream (“It’s got extra strawberry flavor,” said Steve) and a chocolate shake. It’s a conveniently located, cutesy shop. Great place for families.

update September 2021 they have expanded their offerings... it was real good now it is very good!!

A friendly little ice cream shop in the Westhaven town center. It is located on the Westhaven blvd, Right across from "Paddle Dog adventures" It has a good location to grab an ice cream before or after a walk around the Lake, or going to the Westhaven farmers market. I’m honestly super disappointed. The location is perfect, and the store is super cute inside. We spent almost $20 for two shakes that were mostly milk. They didn’t taste like anything, and took 25 minutes to get (there was one person in front of us). The girl making the shakes was so put off to even make them. It was like she was annoyed to use the shake machine. It doesn’t make the experience fun when the only worker won’t smile and acts like she is put...
