Wendy's — Restaurant in Franklin

This store is beyond nasty constantly and good luck getting ur food fresh at anytime. I literally sat in my car and order on the app n the experience was even worse. So I go in to get my food which should have been ready bc I waited 10 minutes before I went in and when I got in there I literally stood at the counter for 20mins n finally had to yell towards the back to get someone’s attention to find out if my order was ready n the guy said no it isn’t we don’t know when someone orders on mobile app or dasher bc it doesn’t make a noise for us to hear it. He proceeded to give me the sandwiches made out of meat that had been sitting there for awhile bc they had shrunk down to where they needed to be throwed away. Then proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t fix the limited time frostys bc they had already shut those machines down and said why would u do that it’s 2hrs before yaw close. I refused the sandwiches bc the were older than my dead grandmother and the fries were ice cold n none of the three frosties I ordered n the employee still marked my order as picked up when I said I didn’t want it bc of the food was old and you didn’t make any of my frosties. So all I can do is dispute the charge n hoped get my money back but probably won’t bc he marked it picked up and the app took my money. This is bs they need to hire people who aren’t strung out on dope and actually shave their face and have respect for other people food instead of selling people old food all bc they are ready to close n leave. Oh yea that’s right the only job they can get is a fast food job bc they can’t cut it at a actual job. I have been trying NOT to be upset with the employees that do actually show up to work, but in the case, I will never return to this restaurant. The drive thru is almost always closed due to lack of staff. So I went inside. They were not busy. A young lady in a pink hoodie walked up to register. She never said a word. I said good morning. She stood silently and stared at me. I placed a small order and she walked away. She never spoke! As she put my order on the counter, she opened her mouth to say "this is yours". I grabbed my receipt from the register with my bag and left. On the receipt her name is Belle. Unsure if this is correct, because I would lie if I were treating customers like this. I do sympathize with people and understand that we all have bad days but this is the norm at this particular place. I will NOT return unless completely desperate. Too bad though. The food is normally pretty good. Yet I would rather drive an extra 10 miles just so that I can have decent service. Definitely would...

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. It was absolutely disgusting. We got a kids meal with apples. The apples weren't just a little brown they had mold on them. I was served a rotten bowl of, even through the clear lid, obviously very old apples. I took them up and asked if I could get fries instead she took the apples threw them away and said something about getting a new bag. I then repeated, "no, can I get fries instead. She then said again I can open a new bag like it's no problem at all for her. So I had to say again," no can I just have fries?" she then got an annoyed look and got a bag of fries and handed them to me. All of the tables were groups like they hadn't been cleaned yet that day, so we had to pick the table that had the least messy people eating there before us. I'm glad I don't live here and will never have to visit here again.
