Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Frederick

Ordered from this location today, pretty basic large 2 topping pizza, breadsticks and extra sauce that I paid for. When ordering it said roughly 25 minutes but it ended up being about an hour. I can understand if the website and the store don't match but that's a pretty big difference. That by itself isn't really an issue, the fact of my order when it finally got here was wrong also by itself not a big issue. I called the store just to let them know so that they could be better in the future and the manager literally called me a liar and started arguing with me and cutting me off. I literally just called to inform them and she started telling me I was wrong, despite the fact that I'm sitting here looking at my order.

So she not only yells at me and calls me a liar and cuts me off, she offers to give me a refund or a credit to which I very firmly replied no, I just want to make sure you guys are aware of the problem, and she forces a credit on my account. I understand wanting to make something right but if I say no, SEVERAL TIMES, to a credit, the answer should be "if that is what you want then okay."

Bottom line is I'm over 30 years old and I've never posted an online review for any business before, but that's most likely because I've never been treated like this by a business before. That should say...

If I could give a ZERO rating, I would!!! Unaware of the opening time in which upon walking up to the door, discovered it opens at 11am, my daughter and I also seen that the door was slightly open and being that we were literally 6 minutes early, we walked in. We were met by an older lady who appeared to be in her late 50's and a young guy, about in his early 20's. The lady was very unfriendly but the young guy did smile at least. The grumpy lady told my daughter and I that the door was open only for the driver and that we were not allowed to be in here and that we need to wait out in the car until they were ready to open. I felt like she didn't really want us there because we are african-american, her tone was very rude. We should've been greeted and told to have a seat in the dining room area, it's only a few more minutes and then we will help you with your order. No, we were told we were not allowed to be in there like it was the 1940's. This is something I never wanted my little girl to hear "you're not allowed in here" and told us to "wait outside in the car". NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BE GOING BACK TO THAT BLAST FROM THE PAST...

Lets get it right this should be the motto of this store after having several bad experiences at my local store (yes local this one is not local) I gave this place a shot and wow I was impressed from service to actual,following the script and getting your food correct ,even suggesting different add on's this place rocked.Now I made mention that this is not my local store its not its 20 mins out of my way but its cool because of the above review and if I go to my local store it would have been pure failure 12/9/16 So we got our free food coupon from another crappy service job at the Jefferson location (when will they ever learn?) and made our way 5.75 miles to the Rosemont location I make mention of the mileage because Jefferson is 1.3 miles away and avoided like the plague.Once again the service was awesome the Manager on duty was funny and cute and let me tell you whats hard making a product that blew us away the first time we tried it at there location, but somehow they did it again exactly how I remembered.Thank You Rosemont Pizza Hut for being what the Pizza Hut...
