January 8, 2015 9:30 PM. I just left the all seasons diner and had a horrible experience. My girlfriend was hungry and wanted to go to the diner. We ordered two dinners. Both dinners come with soup and a salad bar. I told the waitress in advance that I was not going to be eating my dinner and then I would just have the soup and salad bar and take the dinner to go. The waitress tells me that you can only have the soup or salad bar because you are placing a to go order. I am sitting in a booth. I explained to her if you would like to bring my dinner out you can but I'm only going to tell you to box it up. She tells me to hold on while she speaks with the manager. She comes back and says well he will do it this time. I said to her it comes with the dinner and yes I want to talk to the manager. The manager comes to the table who's dressed very sloppily sloppy. He has a very bad attitude and acted like I was inconveniencing him. I asked him what was the problem with what I'm doing. I'm ordering a dinner, I'm paying for the dinner , And it comes with a soup and a salad. Why does it have to get this far?he proceeds to tell me that it is the business rules. Now the other customers in the booths and tables next to us are looking and shaking their heads in disbelief that this is even a conversation. I told him that it is not a to go order I am sitting in a booth I'm not going to eat it. You want to bring out a plate for no reason do it. Now by this time the other customers are beginning to look over at what this conversation is. The manager says is OK I will do it and walks away from me. The food comes out now I have lost my appetite. The waitress obviously sees there is a problem but does not do anything to correct it. She did not let the manager know that there was a situation and I'm not sure that he would have done anything to rectifiy it anyway after he was so rude. The food comes out and I immediately asked for boxes I no longer want to be in this establishment. As I am boxing up the food 2 couples walk past me and overheard the conversation and said they would not be returning to that diner anymore. Not to mention I am there at the diner every Sunday after church with people from my church. We will not be going back. So if you want poor customer service, be belittled, a staff and management that do not care about the customers obviously. This is the place for you. I have never been so belittled in my life. I'm not stopping here. This is going on social media and where ever I can post my story. No one should be...

Unfortunately I feel it my civic duty to WARN customers about the food. My wife and I arrived at the diner last night (I would like to add we haven't been here in 2 years) with great memories of the food. Before arriving, my wife checked out the menu online. All our favorites are still showing, so we decided to go.
When we arrived, it didn't look as busy as we remembered so we thought we lucked out. WRONG. The person that seated us did say hello and welcome, but it felt half hearted and a chore to finish and get back to chatting with the person behind the cashiers counter.
Our waiter showed up and was a "GEM". He took our drink order and gave us some time to go over the MENU. I'd like to add the MENU is different and did not contain our favorites. The was a typed SPECIAL MENU also given to us with the NEW MENU.
We deliberated wether to leave, but since it was after 7PM we decided to give it a go.
My wife ordered a combo Lasagna and Chicken Parm, it was dry lots of cheese and little sauce. The sauce was right out of a can with added oregano. They would have been better off using store bought RAGU brand tomato sauce. Horrible.
I ordered the Chicken Florentine. It came out BURNT and over cooked. I'm not fussy and was hungry so I gave it a go. 1st mistake. After eating 1 of three pieces given, I notified the waiter and he agreed it looked overcooked. He also informed me they added some gravy on top. The gravy on top was to disguise the condition the chicken was in. I'm of the opinion these were pre-made and frozen or after stuffing them with the spinach mixture cooked to burnt-ville. LOL
I should have sent it back 2nd mistake.
Our expectations sank at that point and we didn't even complain to ourselves.
We were fortunate to have a great waiter and our final foray was the dessert.
A word to the owner, not that you care because if you did you would have been more involved with what comes out of your kitchen.
I don't know it you answer these feedbacks, but if you do please spare us with "Oh we are sorry to hear.....".

Read moreVery disappointed with the service we had on Saturday, February 15 for dinner. We’ve been customers of the All Seasons for just about 9 years. Really never had a problem with our meal, let alone a server. However, this last experience was not a pleasant one. The waiter came over in a timely fashion, took our order and we were VERY specific on what we wanted and how we wanted our food to be. The soup was perfect, very heat hot, the way we like it. We specified that we like to eat together and the food must be heat hot! Our main dish took 20 minutes to come to us, as I noticed the waiter talking to every customer and then coming to our table to say the food is coming. Well, my food arrived and it was COLD! How do you serve a hot dish of sesame check and shrimp with rice cold. It was not sushi. My husband’s dis did not arrive with mine and he was sitting there for 5 more minutes before the waiter stopped talking and went into the kitchen for his meal. His came out OK. He asked the waiter to take mine back to heat it up the way it should have been. He said he would have one of the owners do it. OK, when it cam back the Econ’s time, I had less chicken on my plate, 2 pieces, versus the 5 pieces the first time around. Yep, it was still cold and the shrimp were overcooked at this point and still cold as well as the rice. I wound up not eating the food and took it home and put it in the garbage. Never did the owner or the waiter ask if it was OK. Not only did the owner not come back, but they did not come. Us anything for our meal and the time waiting, and my husband eating alone. How specific can a customer be, saying we like to eat together and the food should be hot to our liking. Should we go back, my husband and I agreed that if this happens again, we will pay for only what we ate, and to tell the server to take the food back that we will not be eating It and that we want the check. Sorry All Seasons, but I think you should have done more for a long...
