Garlic Knot — Restaurant in Freeland

We order take out from the knot 1-3 times a month consistently for the last 2 years and never had a problem. I’ve tried most of the pizzas and they’re always fresh & loaded. They have one of the best grandma pizza’s in the area depending who’s making it (sometimes too much fresh garlic but that’s not in most people’s vocabulary lol). I brought a couple pans to work and everyone went nuts wanting to know where I got it. Also, I am always treated extremely nice by the girls on the phone & behind the counter. I always leave with a smile on my face because they’re chipper, friendly, and crack jokes. I don't know what’s up with some of the other reviews but try to remember everyone has off days. I’ve been getting the best garlic knot sliders from you guys for years at the Italian Festival in Scranton. I live here and I always look forward to getting these sliders from you guys every year for as long as I can remember! They are the best!!! My top 3 would have to be the chicken parm, the vodka parm and the meatball parm. I always get at least 1-2 of each throughout the whole weekend. Honestly one of the worst customer service ever I will never return to this place im currently in the diner waiting for food I called in advanced for was told I never called. And my order was never made. (Second time it's happened) When I get to the restaurant after reordering my food. They messed up my order and had me waiting another 10-15mins. It went from only waiting 5mins when wings take 10 mins min to cook to waiting about 20-25 I know how restaurants work I know that's the normal time but I was lied to and was treated as if my money isn't as good as the rest of the customers.
