Went to this Dunkin' Donuts for the first time the other day as a meeting spot for my sister who I had never met before. We met inside the restraunt and ordered some food and drinks while we were there. Everything was delicious and made perfectly! It was such a great meeting spot too!
The woman behind the counter was a newer employee who was still getting used to everything so it took a little time but none of us minded. If you want quick service you generally would go through the drive thru, not inside. She forgot to add a couple things/give us some of the stuff we ordered so I had to go back up to the counter, but I really didn't mind and completely understand since she was new there.
There were a bunch of different tables to choose from. We sat in an area that had a smaller table that my children say at, and a bigger table with stools that the adults sat at. The bigger table also had built in charging circles for phones to sit on and charge while you're there, which I thought was a pretty cool feature.
They have only one bathroom there so there would sometimes be someone in there at times when people had to use the bathroom and a mini line would start. But it was clean and well stocked in there.
Overall, this is a pretty great Dunkin' Donuts. And I'm glad that this is the meeting place that I chose to meet my sister at. It had a great energy to it and was pretty relaxing and laid back. I highly recommend it.
Though again, if you're looking for fast service; Drive thru is always...
Read moreThis was my favorite Dunkin until today. I can’t give the persons name who ruined it for me because she refused to give it to me and hung up on me. - I called because I had been thru the drive thru and got 2 frozen coffees. When I got home (40 minutes from Dunkin) I tasted them and realized that something was wrong with it. There was no flavor. Just tasted like watered down frozen milk. Mistakes happen…. But it’s not cheap so I called. She responded that well I made that and nothing was wrong with it and said “ so I’m confused… what do you want it to taste like?” I could see where this was going so I asked to speak to someone else - she said no that I could speak to her. She then said “ok, so what do you want me to do about it?” I asked for her manager- wasn’t going to get anywhere with her and was honestly caught off guard at her behavior over something as trivial as a coffee. She was not going to be helpful so I decided I would call back later. I asked for her name and she said “oh no, you are not getting that “ and hung up on me. So disappointed. This was my go to spot but I don’t want to subject myself to people like that over coffee. I’m still dumbfounded that someone would become so enraged at the mention of her not making our...
Read moreEdit: In the weeks since I posted this, the staff has definitely made an effort to be more friendly. I've gotten "thank you"s and "have a good day"s more often than not, and it's been noticeably more pleasant. Changing my review from two stars to four.
This is my first negative review (I don't like leaving them... what if someone was having an off day?) But it's been almost three months of not-great experiences... Legitimately the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Dunks. It's the same three ladies every morning; one of them is alright sometimes, but the one with the glasses is outright rude. The first couple mornings I stopped there, I was convinced that I'd done something to offend her, based on the look she gave me/her tone. She never smiles, never says "thank you" or "you're welcome" or "have a nice day" ... just kinda stares until you feel awkward and drive away... I moved to the area a few months ago and this is the closest Dunks - but I'm considering leaving 40 minutes earlier every day to hit up the Brunswick...
