McDonald's — Restaurant in Freeport

Management and customer service is beyond terrible. Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel and not only myself but about ten other counter customers waited over 25 mins for food while the drive through processed 50 cars. I'm so beyond lost how they think this is acceptable. Someone with real management skills needs to come in and help this place out or just close it all together. Late for work, food was lousy and thrown together because of obvious reasons. Then you go to get your food and it's have a good day and come again not even a sorry on the wait (update) sat down to eat my food just to find glass shards in my steak egg and cheese bagel. Definitely going to corporate over this experience do not go here. Save yourself the time and hassle and just go...

No stars !! went in today for a "Quick" lunch and ended up waiting 20 mins for 10 nuggets and a medium fry, plus they fill your drink when you first order instead of just handing you the cup after you pay like most places. once we got our food the nuggets were not cooked long enough and barely any salt on the fries. then someone in our group didnt see were the napkins were and was shown and the employee showed us with no issue but then what im assuming was her little(12-14 year old) brother came over and laughed at us and we just laughed it off but then two mins later he came back to laugh at us again and thats when we decided to leave. i am normally understanding for fast food workers as i did work fast food at one point but today...

The managers here are very nice, especially Marilyn but it means nothing if your employees are failing the business.This used to be the better McDonald's in Freeport but after 2020 most of their good employees have left. In the past 8 times ordering here they have gotten my order wrong every single time.The person who takes the order puts it in correctly but the people who are making it don't seem to pay attention or simply can't read. I am about tired of wasting time going back in to fix things. Please train your employees more or watch to see if they are doing things right. The point of getting fast food is to get something fast to eat when you don't have time, not to waste more time making sure my order is the way...
