The drive-thru had at least eight cars in line when I pulled up so I decided to go inside .
The staff was busy and bustling around for the drive-thru orders as no one was inside at the counter when we went inside .
They had all the donuts in hot and fresh and they even had seasonal Easter Bunny bottoms up. Raised donuts with the donut hole in the middle which was cute and enjoyed tremendously by the kids .
We did not get any drinks today, but they have a full selection of coffees and cappuccinos as well as cold brew, tea, milk and juice .
The gentleman who waited on us at the counter was quick and friendly and very helpful .
We were in there at breakfast time and they had a full breakfast menu, which many people had ordered because they were busy making the sandwiches as we were at the register to check out .
They offer K-Cups of their world famous Tim Hortons coffee as well as coffee grounds, which is nice for take home or gifts.
They do have gift cards available that you can purchase and if you have the app there are many benefits .
If you're using the app, you can earn points if you use it every time you're checking out, you can add a method of payment as well as order ahead .
I attempted to order ahead through the app and I found it a little bit difficult to navigate through the half a dozen that I wanted to get, I was having a hard time choosing the ones that I wanted instead of just a put together half dozen pack, so I decided to go and order them directly.
I did have them scan my app when I paid for payment as well as earning points .
There seem to be many people inside the restaurant that we're enjoying the dining room with coffee and breakfast and pastries which was really nice .
Overall, by the time I got back out to the car, all of the cars that were in drive-thru had already been helped and sent through which was really good timing !
So whether you go in the drive-thru or inside the lobby you'll be waited on just as quickly .
I believe with it being during the week and before school and office hours, they definitely have enough staff to help and get everybody through the drive-thru lickety split! We always come back to Tim Hortons and we enjoy it when they have fresh hot selections and everything is in stock . My personal favorite was the blueberry sour cream donut and it was amazing today.
And by the way, don't forget to get your timbit packs for the kids, even my older kids enjoy digging in and grabbing a couple of the flavors that are tossed in .
You're able to actually choose your own flavors or have them do a variety and the variety never fails to put a smile on everybody's face !
We will be back. Tim Hortons. Thanks again for another...
Read moreThis location has been on a consistent decline in customer service and order accuracy for well over a year now. Throughout the occasions that I've convinced myself that the next time will be better, I've always left the Fremont, Ohio Tim Horton's location feeling as if I've wasted my money.
The quality of staffing and their lack of ability to interact and truly appreciate their customer is appalling. From the moment I roll up to the ordering kiosk with terrible speaker quality, I've already begun to regret my decision to give this location another chance. I'm never greeted properly; half of the time I can barely make out what the associate is saying to me. Whenever I try to order a seasonal or special time item, I'm always told that they either ran out, or that they no longer carry the item...the very same item that is being advertising blasted across the menu board.
I'm never given a receipt, nor am I given the option to receive one. At this point, I'm almost convinced that it's due to the known issue of poor customer service and the desire to make it difficult to track down any associates involved in poor transactions/customer service.
The past two times that I've made a drive-thru order, I've been told to pull ahead and wait for an associate to bring out my order. This most recent time I was made to wait in excess of 10+ minutes...in my car...in the path of the drive-thru...with other cars trying to get around me as I waited. I feel as if that should be unacceptable. I wasn't given an apology for the wait either, which is saddening.
As I drove away, I realized that I wasn't given the two hash browns that should've been included with my order...the same two-order meal that was haphazardly crammed into a small paper donut bag.
I used to visit the Fremont, Ohio Tim Horton's location quite regularly, and was given excellent customer service. These days it is quite different than what it used to be. "Used to be" being a little over...
Read moreToday they are out of croissants, donuts, bits and pop. And it's 830am. How do they stay open when they are always out of everything? Does no one make anything? They just opened. (Edit about the hours at the bottom) Food is almost always excellent, but the staff is horrible. My husband goes after work, around 7am and the same rude girl is working in the mornings. A few times she messed the order up (we always get the same thing) and then loudly tells her fellow employees that it wasn't her fault somehow and how people are several inappropriate words. She's thrown napkins at us before when she has forgotten to put some in the bag. My husband went in once to have her give us the correct drink and she was complaining loudly about how she hates her job and it's all BS. The food is good as far as breakfast is concerned but it's unfortunate they don't screen their employees better. And if you are looking for late night food, go elsewhere... Why stay open 24 hours if you don't actually serve anything at night? So they changed their hours I guess. Too many complaints of them not actually being open 24 hours so they took down their sign and now I guess open sometime in the morning.. I tried asking when that is but couldn't get an answer. No hours posted anywhere anymore. And they are always out of everything. No donuts, no sandwiches, no bagels.. we went in at 9am and were told everything was still being prepared. So with no hours and no food half the time even though an employee is there at 4am supposedly making stuff for the day I guess we won't be back. Which is a shame because the good when they have it is good. Just not great employees or maybe not great management. Oh and now the 24 hour sign is...
