I am not one to complain, I love places like this. Cool building, decor, and seating with reasonable food for reasonable prices. The waitress wasn’t very friendly or attentive, that’s fine, but I asked for hard shells because I have celiacs and she brought me flour tortillas anyway. That was remade pretty quick, no biggie. She walked off twice while taking our orders, I had to go up to the bar and flag her down to finish taking our order. Thats whatever. I was a waitress, I get having one of those days, I still left a 20% tip. (Side note $50 to feed all 4 of us + a couple apps, the prices and food here ARE great. I wish I had a better experience I’d come here every time I’m in town)
What really shocked me was waking up to a TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLAR charge from Depot Pizza. When I called all they said was “Yeah sorry probably a mistake with the double 0 button.” Which like okay, I’ve worked in restaurants and that had to go past 2 or 3 people who processed that mistake. Kind of a cruel thing to do to someone. Couple days later, they have processed my refund (keeping the money from my bill, didn’t comp that for my trouble.)

Read moreWent at lunch time as a group of 4. Took 2 hours. Not exaggerating. We should have left. Every step was slow. Only a handful of people in there so was not busy or anything. The waitress was uninterested and only came to take order, deliver, and get check. Two of the four had wrong food, they knew it, but did not bother to fix it and delivered it anyway. Just said "cook messed up" and walked away. The food was ok, nothing special. I ended up having to share my incorrect dish with my coworker because his was extremely small, like a small child's portion. He ordered the larger of the adult meal sizes, same as mine. All drinks were empty long before food came and no refills were offered.
I do not recommend. I have had better luck at fort ball pizza buffet at lunch time. It is less expensive too if you are in...
Read moreI work for KraftHeinz and this is usually what kind of food we will have for retirement or "other" celebrations for employees. Ive only had this pizza while at KraftHeinz, so i have not experienced it inside the restaurant. I can say that even though it was delivered it was still too hot to eat upon arrival. The cheese is thick, crust is not too thick or too thin and has a good flavor (they don't need to hide anything with crust flavorings), the pepperoni was excellent, and the sausage was the perfect blend of spices (not too hot and definitely not bland). My only complaint is that they didn't do a very good job of cutting it, but in reality, if that is the biggest concern, over all the other possibilities, they're...
