Ok, ignore everyone giving bad reviews to the food, and how long it sits. Use your brains people, if you're buying a buffet, and they are slow, or an oddball pizza ... it's common sense. After 5-10 minutes from the oven, pizza changes.

For everyone here for a realistic review, if you come hungry ... you'll get every cent worth of the bill. If you came for 3 slices ... to a buffet ... you have bigger problems than what you spent vs what you got. Brains people, use it.

Food quality, everything tastes good, they DO take requests. Last I was there, I quite possibly ate 2 full pizzas+ myself alone. In that time prolly 30 minutes, there were more than 4 pep pizzas, 3 garlic cheese, aswell as BBQ chicken, pep + bacon, they even put out 2 pep Stromboli by my request, all in the 30 minutes or so I was there. All this while the dining area was at only about 60%.

Service, you're at a buffet people .. it's self serve. The table was kept well cleaned of used plates, and my drink above half ... the one staff member I saw aside from employees bringing out pizzas, may have seemed a little grumpy ... their job was done well .. and interaction minimal.

Atmosphere, very clean, well kept. Except there was a large table, with no customers that sat uncleared over half my stay, tho the smaller tables were cleared instantly. There WAS a steady traffic, people leaving and coming .. no larger groups.

All in all, good food for the price, keeping in mind, it's a buffet. Would I go there for anything but the buffet? No, the prices are kinda high in my opinion, and Little Ceasars tastes better. With all that said, I love pizza .. and I still personally love...

I called fort ball at 6pm January 21 2017, I asked them how much for there buffet just to try something new. They told me it was ONLY $7.00 AND THAT WAS MY MAXIMUM PRICE RANGE TO CONVINCE ME TO GO EAT PIZZA AT A BUFFET! They also said it was onpen till 9pm, well 15 minutes after the call we arrived to eat cold pizza that's been sitting out for God knows how long, Alfredo that was dry and crusty, and ribs full of gristle and undercooked meat. No deserts, the waitress let our plates pile up and it was a party of four, and never asked us of we wanted refillins. I would have never considered going here if they didn't tell me $7 because it was the maximum price range I accepted. Then to find out it's $9 a person and they don't care about there mistake. Your pizza was mildly good and is comparable to little ceasers the quality is so poor. I am so disappointed and disgusted about everything you represent and offer. I will never recommend making this horrible decision for anyone. If you want to pay to much for food please go to an actual restaurant with quality food that's not inferior to the periodic table. You might just get good service and they probably won't even lie out of there teeth to you about the bill.... Biggest regret of a restaurant I have ever made. Choose food quality not these chumps dehydrated...

I LOVE FORT BALL BUT rated them accordingly to my most recent exp..... Called 10x before their assumingly single line, phone system wasn't busy. Placed order. Had to call back to give correct address of friends place.TRIED 49X BEFORE DIALING THRU. That was only the first 32mins since calling to order. 1hrs later. Tried 6x. Said driver was out to deliver shortly. 26 calls and a second HR and a detailed explanation of what happened BLAKE sounded just as baffled as I was about the disappearance the dirver with my order, and gave me a 50%. Disc. Another 35 mins after that, the driver calls to ask where I was. Parks across the street and with zero concern for customer service grab a the sale out the back seat and then walks all the way around for the other items... U feel like this should have taken the shortest amount of time given the issue. And as she walking up to me I tell her the 50% disc. And that is when she tries making small talk asking about my night, but I ly so she could immediately Segway into giving her excuse was the police was across from a diff delivery and the person wasn't answering their phone?... It just baffles me how short anyone reliant one tip giving can lack the level of common sense this situation required . 3 hrs after ordering I got to eat my cold raviolis and strombolis...
