Alchemist Coffee Lab — Restaurant in Fresno

Came here yesterday for the first time since this spot is now Alchemist coffee lab. It was packed! Which is great to see a local business thriving. The staff and owner were all really nice and welcoming and the prices are average, maybe even a bit less for a private coffee shop. I got a vanilla iced latre with oatmilk, the latte was strong, fresh tasting coffee and well balanced with the vanilla. The atmosphere was fun, a lot of local tower friends, people socializing and working. There are a lot of seats and plug-ins for laptops. I'd like to come during the week when it's not so busy. The alchemist has been so wonderful and a much needed addition to the neighborhood. So comforting coming in and seeing so many transfered regulars from the revue. Alchemist has captured the magic of community, customer service, and consistency that the tower morning coffee drinkers crave. Even staff at component regularly tell customers to come to alchemist instead due to their food options, prices, and flavors. I’m so grateful to have this place nearby as an affordable and pleasant option. I hope to see them migrate to a larger space one day but they are doing sensational with what they have. This is me and my sisters second time visiting this coffee shop first time I had a great experience good coffee,friendly staff and good vibes but the second visit was the opposite experience.Our coffee was not it we both ordered vanilla lattes one with regular milk and one with oat milk my coffee was good but my sister coffee was not it they forgot to add vanilla and it just tasted watered down with no flavor we asked kindly to remake it and the employee was very rude and won’t remake it for us she just added vanilla syrup and handed to us , she said it would be out of pocket if she did remake it .
