CellPros Tower District — Local services in Fresno

I called this place and asked how much they would charge to put a new screen on my phone. I told him the back is coming off as well. As I was talking he seemed very irritated put me on hold to deal with a different customer. He asked me if I tried fixing it myself and I said I attempted to but I stopped. That really pissed him off. He said people got no business working on their phones and then trying to bring it to him to fix. I sent him a picture of my phone and ask him if it's repairable and he says well I don't know I can't see it while I'm on the phone I will get back to you. He never got back to me. I don't know if he woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning or maybe no coffee or O.J. or just not getting any love at home. But he was very cranky. Also, he didn't have the screen in stock and it wouldn't have been fixed until next week. So I found a lady in Fresno who fixed my phone in one day and didn't complain about nothing. She was grateful that I brought her some business and was very polite and professional and she was very reasonable with the pricing. So, I went to CellPros Tower District in the past and the guy put a screen on one of my older phones and by the time I got home it was already ruined. He did get another screen and fixed it properly the second time. Submitted a request for a quote on a charging port replacement due to my Galaxy S8+ not charging. The website was pretty awesome to begin with. It generated me a quote of $80 after answering a couple of questions. Quote was reasonable but I wasn't sure if I wanted spend the money considering I could charge wirelessly.

What I was most impressed with was Rudy calling me to give me some simple advice on what I could do to fix the problem myself. The fix he told me wasn't overly difficult but he told me if I couldn't do it, he would gladly do it for $20. Significantly less than I was expecting to have to pay to get my phone working properly again. I was able to follow the instruction and get my charging port working correctly saving me some cash!

I truly appreciate the honesty displayed but this interaction and will highly recommend anyone I know to get any repairs done here. Also, anytime I need cellphone/tablet/electronic repairs I will definitely go...

They didn't use a genuine apple product when i got my screen replaced and since then my phone is always glitching and typing the wrong words n buttons & the settings say there's an unknown part and if u click the link it explains everything that is currently happening to my phone, had took it back a second time and the problem is still there. I also noticed when i charge my phone it's over heating? not sure if that's normal. if u have a iphone i would recommend taking it to apple care instead. & tech person said they would replace it for THE 3rd time n i accepted the offer but got my phone back n it doesn’t charge the same. i put my charge cord in n it doesn’t charge..used many different iphone chargers and now it only charges when the charger cord is at a certain angle.. asked for a refund he said yes but would put my broken screen back on & take the screen back. too man complications, go...
