I’ve been going to this arsenic for years but this recent interaction left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I know the speaker and mic system isn’t that great but tonight I had to repeat my order more than 3 times. And the worker there repeated the order and I had to repeat my self as well. After repeating the order multiple times you just want to move on. So I get to the counter and pay. My card declines so I pay cash. After she gives me my drinks, I look at the receipt and realize the meat was wrong and one order included beans and guac ( which I didn’t want) so I proceed to tell her the order is wrong, and I wanted this meat and this way. She tries to tell me the food is prepared, at this point it is a waste. She continues to mention that it isn’t hard for her to type orders and that she repeated the order already to avoid this miscommunication. I understand however I am not going to pay for an extra 2 plates of fries to have it my way. So I try to tell her I understand but I would like it the way I ordered it.
She continues to guilt trip me about wasting food and tell me how a kitchen works. I tell her I understand because I have been in a kitchen before. And now its a battle between who’s right and who’s wrong. Ultimately I ask for a refund and she’s telling me she’s trying to help me but I’m not listening.
So I tell her yes I’m not listening and that I would just like my refund because it’s getting difficult to communicate with her and stress that we had to repeat the order several times and mistakes still happen.
I give her back the receipt and the receipts given are one: the order and 2: the declined card receipt. She then says that I am trying to trick her by taking food that I didn’t even pay for. So then I have to remind her that the card did decline and that I paid cash.

I went recently & ordered the two Sopes with Carne asada , it's sort of hit & miss at this place..the first time I went the Sopes were kind of raw & had a ton of the salad on top. So I'm a glutton for punishment & ordered it again & I guess you have to be specific what you want. I told them to please not put so much salad on top. So O.K. , I go home and open the container & there's half a ton of salad & So I was hungry & scraped off most of the salad. The first Sope was just o.k. but the other one was hard as a rock ! Needless to say , thier prices went way up...it would be nice if the quality of food would be consistently edible. You shouldn't go to a place & pray the food is going...
Read moreThis dude working the window around 645am has a bad attitude really bad customer services to say the least I ask for Xtra sauce and I was willing to pay for it he told me it was only 3 sauce for a burrito like wow really... ya dont charge for it so y can't I get more sauce? He eventually gave me 3 more sauce tho. To that worker if u don t like where ur at in life make a change bro .. u really making a bad name for arsenios... 12pm Now reviewing the burrito I ordered tripas superburrito and it has mostly beans and rice literally 5 peices I found in my burrito ..yes I opened it and digged for it after the first bite just threw it away wasted 13 bucks.. ya needs to check ya workers that works that shift negative stars...
