This Burger King consistently gives poor service. Iāve come because itās the closest to me that offers the impossible whopper. Iāve asked for mustard and repeatedly they donāt add it. Always the wait time is too long to be considered drive through. The last straw is today. Iām sitting in the drive through writing this review because franklyā¦I have the time. Iāve been waiting in line at least 15 minutes for nothing. Iām just trying to get out of the lane without having to drive over the side walk. Not even getting food today because theyāre out of impossible patties and they offer nothing else I would eat. Seriously though, going over the side walk is looking pretty tempting minute by minute. Finally, after a 15+ minute wait in line for nothing, Iām freed and Iām never coming back. Not looking back either. We were excited to see the coupon page with ghost pepper options, so we planned on getting burgers, fries, drinks, and some chicken fries. That was the great idea, and we were going to pay $20-$30. The bad news: Freestyle Coke machine is out of service, no drinks today. :-( Even though the coupon book had a whole side promoting the ghost pepper options, you can't use the coupons on the other side for ghost pepper burgers???? The dining area was clean and I was greeted right away with a ," Welcome to Burger King, I will be with you in a moment". I looked around the kitchen area and immediately realized they were understaffed. One working front ciynter, pass and drive-thru. One very pregnant cook in the back and one other employee out front on a break. So I politely said I wasn't ready. She said thank you and went back to servicing drive. Long story short--- I was there over 25 minutes, most of which waiting to order or waiting on food.
