I went with 3 adults and a 6 year old child for the buffet (4 people total). I also asked for a side of saag paneer, malai kofta, and punjabi salad (spicy pickled mango). After me giving a generous 30% tip and being told it was ok to use the bathroom, I was immediately told the bathroom was not able to be used for hand washing for me and 2 of my children. The mango lassi was room temperature, since it was left out on a table and going sour, the "Punjabi salad" was NOT pickled mango, but sliced carrots and cucumber. They charged me $110 for a terrible experience and room-temperature food. My older son took 2 bites of his food and wouldn't finish it because he was concerned about getting sick from it, as was I. My 6 year old had 2 pieces of watermelon and a samosa from the buffet (which I paid the $13.99 fee for, since apparently there is not a kids rate). They had watermelon, cantaloupe and other veggies out on a table with no ice or way to keep cool. I will be contacting the health and food administration about my experience and I won't be back. They won't be staying in business long if they continue giving customers an experience like this one, especially with a top-rated indian restaurant right across the street. Also, the very grumpy dark-haired male that yelled something in an indian language to the woman should NOT be in the food industry and leave the customer service to the nice lady at...
Read moreThis was my 6th time eating here. This time we had garlic naan, butter chicken, Tandoori chicken, kadai chicken, mango lassi, and gohbi manchurian. In past visits I've ordered chicken biryani for lunch too. Everything we've had to date there has been delicious. The gohbi manchurian is one of my favorite appetizers. This last time I think I enjoyed the flavor of the kadai chicken the most but it's hard to choose a favorite. The service there is always top notch too. They always strive to make each visit pleasant and make sure we're taken care of without being intrusive. This last visit we got to try a new dish, complimentary, which was very good also. I pick up a few grocery items at times too from the store, as I like making my own masala Chai at home. Anyway, I can't recommend enough for people to give this place a try for lunch or dinner. I wish I had taken pics of our meal but we started eating as soon as the food arrived and the photos were an...
Read moreAVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Ordered 2 Chicken Tikka Masala plates and a Chicken Saag, with 2 appetizers, desert, and garlic Naan. I repeated my order of Chicken Tikka Masala multiple times and required it to have very little to zero spice. The food took nearly 45min to prepare. They almost sent me out with the 2 appetizers of Chicken Tikka instead of the Masalas. I waited another 15min (1 hour total) for the correct order. I again requested multiple times that the Masalas have little to no spice. After finally getting it home and tasting them, they all had the same spice level as the Saag. It's as if they agreed to give me what I ordered but decided to give it to me the way they wanted to. Thanks for nothing. The Masla is too spicy for my wife and kids to eat. It's going into the garbage where the rest of your restaurant belongs. AVOID THIS PLACE...
