4.2 stars overall rating not looking good 😔 Chips n Salsa - 5/10 Fajitas 4/10 - (Undercooked 3 out of 5 visits) Beans & Rice - 0/10 (No Flavor At All) Steak Tacos - 0/10 Service - 9/10 😀 (The only Highlight) Atmosphere - 9/10 (Beautiful Restaurant) Management - 0/10 (Common Theme Fresno) Summary - Well again confrontational morning management when sending a undercooked item back to be "re-fired" not reheated in a microwave and brought back out to cut cost. Obviously this manager at this location did not know she was talking to culinary chef nor did I let her know that I just let her distance herself from the problem by defending her cooks erroneous actions for serving blatantly obvious undercooked chicken fajitas and then blaming me the "customer" for simply bringing that to her attention 🤨 ? In this manager's mind she knows everything and does nothing wrong this most likely is a relative of the owners due to her callous actions and choice of words with zero disregard for customers feelings or emotions let alone her being reprimanded for her behavior. Honestly not trying to be rude but this lady is a joke I would definitely not have her as my daytime manager. This shows me that this restaurant has a serious lack of qualified managers, leadership and cooks at this location & I had also discovered that their other location had recently shut down due to numerous health & safety violations and lack of customers most likely due to poor management. I admit their bars are always full but how long are you going to stay in business with just bar patrons drinking alcohol. The food here was simply amazing from 1999 to about 2018 but since then I believe the quality is slowly going downhill. I honestly believe this location here it could suffer the same fate unless they do a quick overhaul of their management and fast. And from the looks of it the five times we were in there the last 2 months they were not full capacity nor half capacity. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. There are too many Mexican restaurants in the Fresno area lots of competition. We will see if Elsa the owner will correct the imperfections of this business to make it great like it once was. But not until they replace that daytime manager that is a bad apple that needs to be removed. I hope that this feedback serves as constructive criticism for the establishment to enhance its customer service standards and rectify such mishaps...

Well, the staff doesn't know about potatoes. If you ask for potatoes in a burrito, they will poke around at a screen for five minutes before telling you that fries might be made from potatoes. Good luck at getting the substitution though. If potatoes are one of your five included ingredients in your customized burrito, you get the privilege of paying $3 for fries added to your burrito because they "don't have potatoes."

I declined to pay extra for a common ingredient by another name, and told them multiple times not to include the fries or the $3 additional charge. Instead, the staff said I was confused about the matter and that I did not understand what I was being told. They kept insisting that I would have to pay extra for the potatoes/fries that I had already declined due to the unreasonable upcharge.

I come here 2x per month for margaritas and fajitas. On Thursday evening I came here with a group of gals and we ordered margaritas and food. The margaritas came different than normal- Icey, barely blended, little flavoring, and really undrinkabke. Only one of the gals drinks was made as usual. We politely asked the server to remake the drinks and pointed out the drastic difference. She was extremely rude and scoffed and said, “that’s whT blended margaritas ARE.. if you want a new one you’ll have to pay for another one”. Mind you, we didn’t even drink these and we’re not trying to scam them. She rolled her eyes and brought us out SYRUP in a shot glass and told us to mix it in our old drinks ourselves.

I’m so disappointed with casa and was shocked at the service. I will still be back but will never sit in this servers section again....
