Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Fresno

On 1/8/24, we headed to CJs to get a late night meal. Purchased numerous different items including a Guacamole bacon angus burger. As we paid for our items, we checked the receipt and noticed that employee had input the incorrect burger. We informed her that we ordered the guacamole bacon angus burger, she went took back our order and “corrected” it. When we arrived home, ready to enjoy our food. Upon opening our food, we noticed that our burgers were still incorrect and made horribly. This is the 3rd time this CJs have made our orders incorrect even when the business was slow, this is a prime example of poor service due to employee lack of attention to detail. We notified the manager and his response was “what can I do?” As he hung up. How can anyone work in the service industry but yet not want to hold themselves to a higher standard. We were not rude, patiently waited for our food and tried to get our food corrected multiple times but have yet to see an improvement from this establishment. If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat, with quality food, a professional and friendly team then do not go to this Carls Jr. I would highly recommend going to the McDonald’s next door or Wendy’s down the street than paying for low grade food and service. Mistakes are given to be made but when management fails to acknowledge their mistake numerous times and can’t be apologetic then that’s a concern. Take your hard earned money else where,...

If it could be a zero trust me It would be. I am so disgusted writing this . My husband and I went to this location a couple days ago. October 16,2016 I ordered my combo meal ,Teriyaki burger my favorite it was delicious well done. I was about to take a bite and suddenly the cook started to very loudly hawk a loogie and spit. It was sound freaking loud and he kept doing it. All the customers started leaving. There was even people that didn't even get their food after they had ordered, they just left. I found that to be very nasty and I found it not sanitary. Come on he was cooking burgers touching bread and veggies while doing that. There was a couple and their friends that grabbed their food and were literally standing outside eating their food. The managers from Carl's Jr did not say a word to the Asian cook. I find what he did to be very disgusting on a regular basis. Now to be working in a restaurant and found that is just negligible . I will never visit this...

This is my first time I am writing a review to any Carl’s Jr that I have been too. Around 8:20-8:30 pm, me and my brother went to place our order through the drive thru. We ordered 1 famous star combo and 2 double western combo. Went to the window to go pay for the orders. We only got one double western. I ask the drive thru cashier that I ordered 2 and he said he only rang us up for 1. At this point I wasn’t too upset, I ask him if he can just charge us right there for another one. He said no that we had to go around the drive thru again. At this point I was upset now, we just left. Plus he didn’t even give us our receipt for the orders. So I’m writing this review of how upset I am about my experience with that Carl’s Jr., I don’t blame them feeling the pressure of being busy, but the fact that the drive thru cashier messed up and didn’t even try to fix the problem. He just made it worst into a horrible experience for me. Don’t know if I’ll ever go...
