The review is here because at the end when we needed to pay, me and a partner were handing them the money to pay for our food, and our total was $45, however my partner payed $26 (a $20, $5, and $1) but i payed $26 on my card and i handed them an extra $3 (not as a tip), so it was $55 in total we payed, me and my partner caught on something wasn't right and went back, turns out they "lost" or that we "dropped" the $6 my partner payed and only had the $20 and the $3 i gave(which was still $49 from what the total was of $45), the cashier that originally we payed to was not there and was another cashier (both female) which was backing up the original cashier like if she was there( she was not), and they were giving us an attitude like if we were talking nonsense and wasting their time while giving us some rude face expressions. me and my partner asked for the managers number to see and hopefully fix what's going on, but was told "we cannot because the managers number is privet, but you can leave your number here to give to her" we even tried to ask for footage to see that we were right but again they had no access to that as they said. at the end they turned their backs on us to answer a call and act as if all of that is normal. me and my partner had great experiences with the other DiCicco's just this one in particular is the worst so far we advise to avoid and go to another to actually enjoy your...

So she tells the girl they told my daughter it was sixty one something... The girl responds with that's not what I told her it was ninety one something... So my mother asked if she could see a menu they tell her we just handed the last menu out.... Then my mother asked.Can I get a itemized receipt?She said you.Can... you have to sit and wait ten or fifteen minutes... So my mom pays it And comes home tells me. .... I called down there and tell her the problem.Not only are they rude and Unapologetic...... They said there were two pams that called in orders .... Then you think you would check because my mom's telling you, i only ordered 3 meals?That's not the right amount..??.. Read moreAfter 48 years of enjoying Di Cicco's great tasting cuisine, I was made aware of a policy regarding home delivery foods that I hadn't known. While giving my phone order, I mentioned that a week ago I had received the wrong order that was less expensive than the one I had ordered. My receipt gave the correct item including cost. When I called back, I only got a recording, they were closed. I decided to tell them the next time I ordered (today) and anticipated a correction but instead I was notified by Mariflor that she could not give me credit or correct the amount unless the person receiving the order had hand written the information in a "book". When I mentioned I had the receipt in front of me, she said that wasn't enough proof that the order had actually been made, it had to be acknowledged by their hand written note. If that was true, it should have been posted somewhere for customers to be aware that any mistake of orders or delivery was the responsibility of the customer! I find it very hard to believe what she said was true, when I asked the delivery person about it, he said he'd never heard of...
