Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fresno

I'll drive a little further for a different location and I suggest you do the same.

This place is on the decline. I ordered two pizzas, 4 20oz drinks and a sandwich. They were a deal if combined. The pizzas were so bad I had to take them back. I don't typically that. I went in and said there is a couple of issues. The employee rolled his eyes before I even said what they were.

The issues were the poor quality and the wrong pizza. I ordered the Deluxe and got an air bubbled filled cheese pizza. Both pizzas had air bubble all over it. 3 to 4 slices was just a big air bubble of bread with no toppings.

The employee said that's how they cook because it's fresh dough. I explained how we fixed the bubbles at round table. Fixing air bubble is something they tought us. It went through one ear and out the other. They said they'll fix the one cheese pizza but not the other air bubble pizza.

The manager said she's been working there for 2 years so she knows how to make pizza. Obviously 2 years wasn't enough if she couldn't even fix air bubbles. The manger didnt like my attitude towards the end. How do they expect a customer not to be upset when the quality is terrible and give excuses on top of that.

They want me to take their poor quality pizza and shut up. The fact that they didn't see an issue with the quality is concerning. They just had excuses on why the quality was bad. I'd leave zero stars of I could.

Them "Trying to make it right" only made things worse. They tried doing a partial refund and said one of the pizzas was my free pizza so there's nothing they can do there. Without the items being combined the 4 sodas would have costed me over $12. They wouldn't take them back because it's food. They ultimately gave me a refund and even messed that up. They were $9 short...

I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta (which I have ordered before) with pizza for my family. I can't eat pizza so the pasta was going to be split between me and my husband. The first one that came was so overcooked it was crusted on the top and I could turn the container over and it wouldn't budge. It was also less than half way full. When I've ordered it before it was full, every time. So I called, and they said they'd remake it And send it over. They did. Itwas less full than the first one, but I guess it was edible at least. I didn't know that I was paying $6 for about 1 & a third cup of pasta. I'm extremely annoyed. So I'm eating cereal for dinner so my husband can eat. I will NOT be ordering from this Domino's again. They used to be one of the best places to order from, but this was the last straw. I've had to call a few times the last few orders: salad was forgotten, pizza was ice cold, and now the pasta. Let's not forget that it's taking over 20-30 minutes from "quality check to come to my home which is literally 3 minutes if you got the red light away. I made an online order for 4 pasta dishes. When they were delivered, 2 were barely half full, the others were not even half full, (I could see the bottom of the dish). I called the location and the so called manager told me they were full because she packed them herself. She basically called me a liar & made me send her video proof. 20 minutes later she called me back telling me she will go ahead and give me credit only for 2 dishes, (which is why I was calling).

4 days later and I was never given credit. This person called herself the manager. She said her name is Ingrid Canales, (I don't believe her) but that's the name she gave me. She was very unprofessional answering the phone with "hello" instead of introducing herself as the manager. When she was inform of the situation, she didnt apologize, she retaliated by telling me the dishes were full and did nothing to try to resolve the situation. Only when I called out her lack of customer service skills was she willing to do something. And at the end it was all for nothing because she never gave...
