Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fresno

Why sell “hot-n-ready” when there’s no hot-n-ready. The cashier (Jamie V.) was rude, no way welcoming. Had attitude when I asked the same question as to why there’s none. The floor is dirty in the front and in the back, (you can see it clearly they don’t clean up). As we waited, more and more people came in all asking for hot-n-readys and all deciding to wait for their pizzas. The front became more and more packed. You can tell they are unorganized with all their sodas just piled in the front with no room for their customers to stand and wait. There was 3 male workers and all looked like they all hate their jobs and didn’t want to be there. The cashier had no motivation to go and help the back. But the back didn’t care to move faster either. He told us 15-20 minutes. We waited for 30 minutes just for 1 hot-n-ready and crazy bread combo. Ridiculous. Why hire people like this to work for you. Shame on the management, if your workers are like this, can only imagine how management is. Your workers reflect you and YOUR work...

I love little Caesars! I'm that type of person that always tries not to focus on the negative side of any situation and I also feel that you got to give credit where credit is due. This is not the only little Caesars place where I have visited here in Fresno; I cannot recall if I have ever seen this amazing/excellent/professional/helpful SUPER employee that on top of all this wonderful skills she also had a friendly smile while doing her job, helping/interacting with coworkers/other customers. You could tell that everyone was a little on the edge because it was "BUSY" (the place was full) customers picking up orders, some other customers ordering and trying to get in line, but she looked comfortable, relaxed...you could see that she enjoys working here. I should've asked for her name😌, but I'm sure that it's not really necessary since with what I have described of her anyone would know who she is. Food is not fresh got what was in the oven box bread sticks tasted like cardboard and the manager or elderly man work today at 3pm on a Wednesday the 4th I asked the elderly man if the pizza was fresh he said yes as he rolls his eyes as I asked for a combo meal he gets upset and walks to the back splits up a couple of breads and comes back with an attitude as iam paying for my pizza I have a customer behind me and a new customer walks in and asked. why their mailbox is full and the manager or elderly man that was working there ignored the elderly lady and serve the customer right behind me with a rude attitude.
