Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Fresno

Very slow, often gotten the order incorrect. Rude. I’ve had to start my over a couple of times during the same visit because of a shift change, or breaks, or something? Constantly repeating myself. The line is regularly out to the street. Horrible service. Absolutely a careless team. I’m gonna jump and say poor management for such poor quality of hires. Weekend staff should be able to function. Complete incompetence… nobody knows what’s going on and there’s so many people at the window. 10-21-22 and 10-22-22. Not a good team on these shifts. Literally just got a burger and fries and tacos. Nothing complicated and I’m still sitting here. The floor is filthy and there’s food on the counters. Just plain sloppy and slow. Really annoyed with this visit. People are talking and standing around and the line is so long now. Like still.

11/1/2024 the line is not moving, the woman ignored the speaker box for a while, I’ve been ignored at the window for almost 5 minutes now. Nobody greeting at the box OR at the window. This is ridiculous, nobody is...

I don't understand what happened here. Probably wouldn't be my first choice to eat at Jack in the Box here on Clinton/Brawley. But the food, service and atmosphere used to be much better. There's a young lady at the window with tons of makeup and piercings. The young lady has an attitude with fangs to match. The last two times I visited this place were awful, even for fast food standards. Waited 10 minutes for food, and absolutely no one was there. I had to wait in the parking lot for a simple 6 tacos order, and I had to go into the restaurant to pick it up myself after waiting 10 minutes outside. I entered the establishment, and the pierced girl actually gave me an attitude. There were 5 workers, including a manager, I guess standing around, talking while my food was on the counter getting cold. Next time if I go there, I'm bringing a camera to...

Jack in the box is jack in the box...the place is what u would expect and staff are doing their jobs. For the most part I'll review like this...they do what they are paid to do and it makes ones experience pleasant. The food is what u would expect so they are doing their jobs. I would definitely come back.

On another note i don't understand how some people will review like their taste buds are the litmus test of meal tasting. They are the gold standard on which to judge by and make it decisions. The review should be about the experience with staff, wit the environment and overall attentiveness to ones needs...but these yahoos who get on here and tell u est this and this cow foot was the best and the vegetarian rib eye is to die for dude stop no one knows u much.less care that u found the taco to be the best...well actually maybe people do...to...
