Lela's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Fresno

I have been a customer for over a year, the pizza is always good never a problem and I thank you for that but last night I order a chicken , garlic pizza that was under cook, dough was uncooked, so I called in the morning to give my concerns about the pizza the night before, 11 am talked to someone that said no one here to talk to you and hung up on me, I called back at 12 noon and they said there is nothing that they could do about it I should have called on that night, but it was late and there web site say's till 9;30pm so I called in the morning and also said we are here till 2am maybe 3am as a customer how do I know they are there till then ? When I finally talk to a manager the following day he said give me back the pizza from the night before witch I had ate the toppings off the night before because I was hungry he said to bad for me I should have called the night before, haha, all I wanted is for them to make it right, but they did not, and was very rude, so I guess I am here telling my disappointment with place and I will tell everyone and anyone who choose to eat at this place, and by the way I gave a big tip 2 the person who brought are food, just disappointing after ordering 2 to 3 pizza's a month for over a year., they will never get my hard earned money again and I will give everyone my opinion...

Lela's Pizzeria is real good pizza thats has great value!

I've been wanting to try this pizzeria for a few weeks now. It's like 17 miles from my house which makes this place a logistical problem.

I swear this is another Me & Ed's Pizza Ex-Employee (Javence Pizzeria, being another) who open up their own business. The crust is the same as you would find in Me & Eds, which is not a bad thing. A crispy cracker thin crust. Me & Ed's have been in business for 60 years, so not a bad formula.

The pizza is good and the toppings are proportional for the size of the pizza. You get real good value here as you can see in my pics. I ordered a Double Pepperoni and Mushroom, with extra sauce. My total bill was $14.00.

Its a small place, but they do have tables to have in-house.

By bottom line...would I go back? Most definitely, but I would have to be closer to their business. I had half the large pizza gone in the 17 mile drive home, and this was a legit...

Great pizza and great price!!!!! It tastes just like Me N Eds but cost alot less- only $6.99 for a large pepperoni. But its a bit awkward inside. It is a small outdated place with a decent amount of seating but I think dining here would be a bit weird because of the silence. It was almost creepy... My son and I went in to order pizza and sat at a table while we waited for it. We felt strange having a conversation because it was so quiet in there...even though there were a few other people sitting at tables waiting for their food. Nobody was talking except for the occasional word between employees behind the counter. But the pizza is definitely worth it if you can get past the creepiness of the place. Or you can just have it delivered for a $2 charge and bypass it...
