Windfall Donuts — Restaurant in Fresno

Horrible customer service. The lady behind the counter was rude for no apparent reason. I was paying for my items her card reader said connection error. Ok fine she takes the girl behind me card reader gives same error she tells her go ahead and just take your coffee and donut (same thing I ordered first) she then doesn't hand me my card back and proceeds to help the next person (hasn't said anything to me yet so I'm standing there waiting) that woman pays with cash and she goes to the next person so I said excuse me or you gonna give me my card back I'm still standing here. SHE DOESN'T LOOK AT ME OR RESPOND. So I say a little louder excuse me ma'am you've just helped two people ahead of me are u going to finish my transaction. Again she ignores me and continues getting the donuts being ordered by this woman. So when she steps of to the register area to pay I don't move and ask for my transaction to be completed. She gets my card and tried to process it again...same connection error message as before...she then pushes my coffee and donut at me across the counter and says "just take it" very rudely (she wasn't rude to the white woman behind me tho when she told her to take her items) I told her I didn't want her food just give me my card back and I walked out the store. I'm assuming she's racist based on how she treated me for no apparent reason. My family...

I used to love coming to this donut shop up until a few weeks ago. I stopped to get a maple bar donut, and was going to town on that donut, until i went to take a bite of the bottom part, cuz the top part was getting to be a little too sweet, and BAM...A ROACH baked on to the bottom of my donut! I was so grossed out and disappointed...smh. I have not been back. However, the owner and i believe his son are both really nice, the lady...hmmm...meh:/, she has her days, but one thing that she does that i really disapprove of is her not using her tongs. She likes to continue to use the same one glove to grab the donuts and is not washing her hands in between cash handling. Reusing the same glove serves no purpose if you are touching it with unsanitized hands. So if you are reading this,...

This donut place has always been here since I was a child. I highly recommend here to get your donuts. They’re amazingly affordable, tastes great, and opens early. The employees are honest workers, friendly and welcoming. Their small menus of food is great too. None are spoiled packed ugly or has no flavor. The eggrolls are super good, there’s no meat in them but OMG the taste and texture are great. They don’t charge for a small sauce but for the huge ones, they do. Their Thai tea is so good! No boba, but the drink alone is worth it. Their pricing is fair and I love their food. I highly recommend to come and support...
