I called in an order 2 calzones, one pepperoni and one veggie WITH CHICKEN. My mother has blood pressure issues and canāt eat pork cause it gives her headaches that trigger her seizures. So I get the pizza home and my mom begins to eat the calzone and notice that it was definitely not chicken. So concerned I called and the lady who took my call asked the server (I can hear the back and fourth between them both) what meat did you put in the calzone. So when he didnāt say chicken you can hear it in her voice she knew she messed up. Which comes back on to say that she must have not hit the chicken button and hit another option that obviously had pork in it by mistake. She wanted to send out another but at that point my mom ate to much of the pizza and I donāt think she understood or cared how serious for my mom that was. I asked her could she cancel the order cause I didnāt want another one she told me she was going to pull my receipt up and cancel it but that was a lie. Cause when I called the next day she stated she didnāt and how backed up the was at that moment and that she would cancel it in a bit and call me to confirm. Another lie cause I never heard from her again. To add I had been very patient with the lady cause I run retail and I know how crazy things get but I also know how important it is to take care of customers especially when you are responsible for getting it wrong. I walked in and stood inline only to find a amazingly rude employee, a young male that stared at me in a very unprofessional away. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I spoke with the shift manager April and she was clearly aware of his unprofessionalism it's been an ongoing complaint with this young man and I was very shocked to understand why he was still employed there this is very recent this happened just today. Because I chose to complain about this employee that gave me a very unsettling feeling while I was waiting in line she basically decided to cancel my order. Now I had no idea why my order needed to be canceled because of their unprofessionalism I try to ask for the information about the franchise owner and she was very difficult about cooperating. This is the second time I had to deal with this and it's the first time I complained about it and when I complained about it it's the shift manager she did absolutely nothing and totally acknowledged that he has an existing issue with looking at people kind of weirdly. I have eaten at other Me-n-Eds with great customer service I ordered two pizzas and one pizza was overdone burnt š I called the manager to our table and told her the issue with our pizza she proceeded to tell me that it wasn't burnt but I have pictures she proceeded to say that it was burnt cornmeal it was big chunks of it all I asked was to be compensated for the pizza that was burnt and I clearly showed her she walked away in the middle of the conversation last thing she told me was to sit down with my family and eat my meal so clearly she didn't want to hear about my complaint and I was clearly showing her what was wrong with my pizza SMH. And she wasn't compensating for it ... I clearly did not eat that pizza I ended up asking for a box and taking it home now it is in my refrigerator not knowing what I'm going to do with it.... But the manager did change her tone of voice when I asked for her name "April' and corporate number I do have pictures of the burnt quarters size cornmeal pieces on top of my pizza...
