If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. My bf and I went in to buy hard copy tickets on Thursday night which is karaoke night and the only person able to make that purchase was apparently the manager. When we approached him if we can buy our tickets he said in a rude manner “you’re going to have to wait!” because their team could not turn on karaoke on their tvs. We both sat and waited patiently, while looking at the manager he wasn’t doing anything and was just watching the tech guys do things. We spent 15-20min waiting. It takes less than 5 minutes to help us and we’ll be on our way. Treating customers in such a rude manner has loss our support and we will be never coming back. As a big heart fan of the edm scene in Fresno I’m so sad that this establishment does not care for their customers time. Hello tower, I have just been released from urgent care in Clovis after being diagnosed with severe mold toxicity after having a few drinks at the mint in tower this last Friday. Talking to a few of the staff members I was informed that they have had a severe mold issue with their ice machine since opening in late July of last year; and this establishment has continued to serve drinks to the public knowingly and willingly.
