Phở 76 — Restaurant in Fresno

Honestly, my family constantly goes to this place whenever we eat out. The workers there seem so nice, and they always try to make sure that you feel comfortable. This might be biased a bit, but I understand what it’s like for a family to run a business in order to get income. That just means they are that much more caring and connect to the restaurant and their customers. They seem like such nice people, and I definitely recommend eating at this place. (Even though there might be some bad reviews, no restaurant can be perfect. I’ve seen some very very popular restaurants that have even worse problems, who don’t even try to fix their problems. Worst place ever!!! Bad customer service!!! The workers look as though they are being forced to work!!! Prices have gone up crazily!! Found hairs on food on mutiple times!! Exactly why i never tip!! Public health should inspect this place!! Never ever going there ever again after they raised the prices of all their dishes!!!

Frankly speaking, the pho is pretty good. But "BAD" customer service, especially the asian waiter. I told him I wanted number "0" and he asked me what size. And i was thinking to myself what the heck is this guy talking about. He said it's all the same, #0, 1, 2, and 3. I told him, "'0' as in the largest size as stated in the menu" and he looks all dumb, mumbling in his foreign language. The owner on the other hand, seems nice and reasonable, just his workers...

Half of the time they forget to bring me extra bowls, for my kids. So we have to wait on eating our pho, and ask again when someone finally walks by. The first and last time I ordered hot tea, they either reused a tea bag, put in too much water, or didn't put enough tea. The tea barely had color. Tastes like hot water, mainly. I could've had them fixed it but I already drank 3 tea cups in hopes thinking I didn't let it seep long enough, but no difference every time I poured. I wasnt able to drink any more so I didn't ask for a replacement. At least the pho is good. The smoothies are edible, not delicious. Just ok. I do not recommend the egg rolls. So I think I'll just stick to eating pho only and not ordering...
