Rancheros Méxican Restaurant — Restaurant in Fresno

This Mexican girl who grew up on Gma’s authentic Mexican food has found a new favorite Mexican restaurant in Fresno. :) Last Sunday was our first visit to this local gem. Even tho we live nearly 20 min away, it’s WELL worth the drive!

Impressed with their cleanliness, friendliness, and fresh food! I ordered the Spanish omelette without meat because I wanted the enchilada sauce but I’m not a bacon/ham gal. Daisy was sweet & flexible, suggesting a Veggie Omelette with the enchilada sauce added — for a lower price than the Spanish Omelette. Now, it’s my new favorite omelette in town.

Veggie omelette was chock-full of a variety of crunchy, al dente veggies — zucchini, red bell, green bell, onion.😍😍😍 No funky browning on exterior of omelette. And doused with lots of their flavorful AMAZING enchie sauce.😋 Refried beans were perfect: not too salty, not too bland. Just right. And they didn’t taste heavy. Some refried beans have a heavy taste and leave me with a stomach ache. Not so, here. Potatoes were perfect. Love the thinly sliced ones. Not a fan of the big bulky country potatoes served in most restaurants. A trio of tortillas came with each entree.

We’ve found a winner! We’ll be returning soon to give our holiday...

Last week I went twice to Rancheros. The first time i waited in the drive through for over 30 mins. They gave me the wrong burrito. I called to let them know and trashed the burrito. I went again later that week this time it was a 45min wait in the drive through. I get home and the wrong burrito again. I called back spoke to a manager and told her what happened now twicein one week. The manager said she would give me a credit for my burrito. I explained I won't be able to come back till Tuesday because I'm busy and she said that's fine. I go in today and ask for my credit and was told no I don't get one. I asked for the owners number and they gave me a wrong number. I wasted my money, gas, and my time. Ill never go back again. They can't keep their promise they are slowest on the drive though ive evet seen and 2 times in a row they messed up a simple grilled...

First time here, I ordered the chile verde breakfast which comes with 2 eggs, refried beans, and fried potatoes. Also comes with your choice of 2 handmade flour or corn tortillas. I ordered my eggs over medium and the flour tortillas. Ate the decent chips and delicious salsa while I waited a few minutes for my order. The chile verde was very good, plenty of flavor. The beans and eggs were very tasty and the potatoes reminded me of what I ate growing up. The handmade flour tortillas were very good, I almost ordered more! The waitress, Yolanda(?), was very friendly and checked on me often. She even made a fresh pot of coffee for me. I just started a new job near here so I will work my way through the menu. Rancheros made a very solid and tasty...
