Starbucks — Restaurant in Fresno

I ordered through the Starbucks app and added strawberries, berries and lime to my drink. When I came to pick it up the male employee at the window handed me my drink. I drove off and did not have any lime in my drink so I went back and asked if they are out of limes? Make employee told me they no longer sell the cool lime drinks anymore. That is understandable. So I asked if they are out of limes. I didn't make out what he said got irritated and left. The reason I'm upset is because when giving me my drink they did not let me know that they did not have anymore limes. Instead of letting me know at the window that there were no limes, he just handed me my drink and let me go, drive off and figure out for myself that I was missing lime and come back to ask at the window why I didn't have the lime I asked for. LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE OUT OF A PRODUCT. So my question to the manager at this store is, if someone ordered an iced coffee, just coffee and milk, and you are out of milk, are you just going to give out black coffee to the guests and not let them know...

Exceptional. The coffee is good, great even, but it is not the coffee which makes this place. I have been to many Starbucks, and seldom do I write reviews for them, but when a place goes above and beyond to not only meet expectations but EXCEED them, then I feel compelled to write an online review…

All the staff is really friendly and always in a good mood, I have been to this location maybe 4 times now and it seems a lot of the locals are regular store customers and the barista’s remember their names and are always cheerful, focused, and ensuring the best coffee ☕️ and snacks and food items are given to their clientele.

I know that in the food service industry wages are not rising to meet costs of living with inflation. May this post be a public record to starbucks corporate though that everyone in this store deserves to make DOUBLE or TRIPLE even, what...

This is the Starbucks by my house. I typically hit dutch bros that is even closer but I liked the mobile ordering. I have been working a lot of overtime and hitting them most days for the past week. So today I mobile order from home and went to pick up a sandwich(the only thing ordered today) as usual it is 530 am and no one (as usual) and as usual (except for one day) they all look at each other, ask my name, find the order and then start making my order. I might as well just go in and order if they have no way of knowing they are getting mobile orders. I didnt have time to wait today so I said never mind. The kicker is I still paid for the food. They are really nice and everything is good when I get it but just turn off the mobile ordering if you aren't going to pay...
