If I could do Zero stars I would. My issue with this location was very disrespectful. I did an online order and the app told me it would be ready in ten minutes. Okay understandable so I show up maybe a few minutes after the set time. I go through the drive, and there were two cars in front of me. No big deal I figured it the line would move in a reasonable amount of time. About ten minutes later I finally get to the speaker where the Young lady of the speaker says "give me one moment". I say "yeah no problem, I am here for a mobile pick up." She never said anything else besides that.. Well I go ahead pull forward because now my order has taken 20 minutes, once I finally get to the window, she says very rudely "what's the name?" I tell her and and she gets it for me and proceeds to hold her hand up at the window and tell me VERY rudely " next time we tell you to wait at the speaker box we expect you to wait just a bitttttt longggerrr!" Then slams the window! She did not give me all my items only one my drink so I wait at the window and she sees I'm there and turns away and then comes back to the window maybe 2 minutes later and I'm like you forgot to give me my pastry and she was like oh here and hands it to me very roughly. Now, I work in fast food and understand wait times and how some customers can be, however I would NEVER treat a customer that way especially when my customers were waiting for 20 minutes. I would apologize for the wait not make them feel horrible or bad for pulling forward for their items that were made and paid for already. I didn't catch her name but she had wavy brown hair and this was about 7am this morning. I hate that im even have to write this considering I understand food business and never complain, however I felt very disrespected by this young lady and it shouldn't have happened. Just thought I would write this to bring it to your attention. I tried calling the store. However they didn't not answer the...
Read moreStarbucks, as a global coffeehouse chain, has managed to create a consistent experience across its locations, particularly when it comes to their vast range of drinks. However, what truly sets apart the Starbucks location I frequent is not just the quality of their beverages but the exceptional service provided by the baristas. Their unparalleled friendliness and efficiency shine through with every visit. The staff here have an impressive knack for getting orders perfect every time, a testament to their skill and dedication. Not once have I felt the need to ask for a remake, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction.
That being said, my review comes with a caveat that results in a four-star rating rather than a perfect five. It’s a reflection on the broader corporate responsibilities of Starbucks towards its employees. The hardworking baristas, who are the backbone of the store’s operation, deserve better treatment and more substantial support from the company. Their reliance on tips, the need to juggle multiple jobs, and the challenging living conditions some face starkly contrast with the immense wealth and benefits accrued by corporate figures like CEO Laxman Narasimhan. This discrepancy highlights a significant area for improvement in how Starbucks values and compensates its frontline workers, who are essential to the brand’s success and customer experience.
In summary, while the Starbucks location I frequent offers excellent service and quality, the company’s approach to employee welfare leaves room for significant improvement. Addressing these concerns would not only enhance the wellbeing of its employees but also strengthen the brand’s reputation and...
Read moreI came to get my assignment done today but my morning was ruined by this cashier it was a guy, I forgot to get his name but he was very rude, has curly hair and tie it behind his back. He just stared at me with no expression and didn’t even ask if I wanted my receipt. When I asked for it, it looked like he got triggered and ripped the receipt hella hard, this is very unprofessional and unpleasant he didn't even greet me while I did which made me feel very uncomfortable. Also waited for 15 minutes just for my chocolate croissant, very unorganized and unfriendly place. I also use to work at McDonald and other customer service too and even if I had a bad day I never treated my customer like that.
Update: I stayed because I do want to finish my assignment and as I was doing my stuff I notice how he was treating me so unfairly, maybe it was my race I am Asian because the girl that order before me she was also Asian too and he was also doing it so slow and gave her the same expression but when other race came he was laughing and giggling with them. He even brought out their orders to them while he just left mine on the rack and didn’t call for my name too....
