Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Frisco

I meet so many nice people on daily basis and I meet these kind as well who need help. When I placed an order on the app, i paid $38 using appple pay, but the email confirmation showed $51 as total amount charged. So I politely ask the lady who was handing over the order if she can look into it, she rudely stopped me while explaining the situation to her and then she called her manager “Jackie” , Jackie was even worse right from the get go. She was so aggressive and said what’s on your receipt, your receipt doesn’t show that the coupon was applied.. 2 large 2 topping pizzas for $11.99 each.. when I was explaining all this she got so much more aggressive and absolutely gave me no time to talk. So I started recording a video as this was going way out of control, she tried to be nice for a few seconds, and finally she showed her true colors. Watch the video, I could not record her from the beginning which was 10 times worse than this.

A simple answer being as polite as you can that could have avoided all this is “contact customer service, we can’t do much about...

Just an FYI I would never order from Dominos off of Teel in Frisco AGAIN!!!!! The driver CHLOE decided to deliver my pizza today and while me and my 4 year old is excited about pizza and also excited that her name was Chloe because it was the same as my daughter. This rude lady WALKS UP TO ME AND MY 4 year old son WHOM WAS SAYING HI TO HER and she just looks at him and says NOTHING! I greeted her with much respect and asked her with a smile omg your name is Chloe my daughter name is Chloe too, she just gave the pizza and turned away. I said WOAH SO YOU DONT SPEAK OR ANYTHING SHE STILL DID NOT SPEAK! I call the dominos to let them know they have a HORRIBLE PERSON WORKING FOR THEM AND THAT I WAS TAKING IT TO SOCIAL MEDIA. GUYS THE MANAGER did not care that her EMPLOYEE DID THIS she was just SERIOUSLY CONCERNED ABOUT ME PUTTING THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA. Kind of strange, But here we go!!! Will never go back! I called back to get the manager name and the employees said she can’t give that to me LOL WHAT A NIGHTMARE! And if I could have given 0 STARS...

Don’t waste your time placing a order on the dominos app and God forbid if you make a mistake it’s on you not them. I’m never ordering from you again and your food suck. Manager could care less all she said was that she could make another one and would charge me for it. Screw you and your sorry crew heffa. I called the store because I ordered a pepperoni pizza but somehow on the app it did not get added. So I’m thinking the manager would rectify the situation. Jackie refused to have my pizza remade for free she was wanting to charge me and said they charge extra for pepperoni which was a lie. She was very rude, and very disrespectful to me. I have never been treated so horribly in my life. Jackie does not deserve to be a manager. Her staff that answered the phone the second time I called refused to give me her first name and she rudely hung up on me as I was still speaking. She is the one that wears the oxygen tank. She is very rude to kids.They both need to be held accountable for there actions...
