My review is pertaining to November 27, 2022 between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM. My husband and brother-in-law went into this location to order 3 pizzas with toppings and came home with 3 cheese pizzas that did NOT have toppings on them. We had people over so this was embarrassing to open them and the pizzas are just cheese. I went back with 2 of the pizzas and left one behind to hold everyone over for a bit. I walked in and was helped but the shorter guy (I was annoyed and did not get his name). He assisted me in finding my husband’s order and informed me it had been put in by the driver since I had inquired who took it. He remade the pizzas and while I was sitting there waiting the short dark haired girl told another employee that had arrived (I’m assuming it was the driver) to make sure that customers checked their order but she intentionally said it in a loud enough voice so that I would hear. As someone who has worked in the food industry, managed retail and healthcare offices, and runs 2 successful businesses this set me off since I have trained others to always double check their work as I do my own regardless of what type of industry it is. I told the guy who helped me out that I heard what the girl said and maybe she was right but also that as employees it was their responsibility to check the orders, too. I promptly left but saw through the window that the girl turned around and threw up her hands while talking with her coworkers and I can assume it was only to make more comments about me. Hopefully someone speaks to that girl since out of the whole experience, that is what really annoyed me. She’s entitled to her opinion but things like that should not be said in front of customers. It can hurt an establishment, and luckily I was the only...

:UPDATE: I see that the owner has responded. My dietary restriction has nothing to do with being allergic, that was just an example. I cannot consume the meat toppings due to religious restrictions, so the response below is irrelevant. Also, I still don't see any apology or even affirmation that you will try harder next time and that my concerns are valid. There's really NO reason for the kitchen/staff to not be able take extra cautious on ensuring I don't see a piece of meat in my veggie pizza.
I had asked this branch to make sure there is no cross contamination in my pizza very specifically and had mentioned it a few times to make sure. I found a piece of meat TWICE on my pizza, in two separate instances. I spoke to the employee the first time and he was nice enough to give me credit, however the second time this happened I spoke the manager and although they did give me credit, I did not receive an apology and was told that I should have specified my dietary restriction by calling in (we had put a note online when ordering). It doesn't make sense to me that if I ordered a specific topping on my pizza, regardless of my dietary restrictions, why should I possibly expect to see a different toping unless I call and specify it. There are some people who may have an allergy and receiving the wrong toping may cause them some major health issues, it should not be an expectation to call and make sure there you only get the toping you requested. Very disappointed to have had this experience twice, one...
Read moreVery disappointed :( Domino’s, I’m sorry to say you’ve lost a loyal customer. I’ve always been a HUGE Domino’s fan and have quite literally NEVER passed up an opportunity to eat their pizza over other chains. I ordered here yesterday at around 6:30 and the website told me that the food would be ready at 7:19. After the “tracker” on the app told me the food was READY (at around 7:20), I drove to the location, arriving around 7:25. When I asked at the front about my order, I was rudely told it was not ready yet (as if it was my fault for coming in early). I pointed to the app tracker, but was told I was wrong and should wait. I waited for over 25 minutes (with my hungry and cranky kids in the car) until I decided to ask when the order would be ready so that I could go home, drop off the kids, and come back. The lady at the front rudely told me they’re “backed up,” but she would go check for me. Feeling a little bit more assured with the fact that she was going to check for me, I watched her go stand behind the shelf alone for 3 minutes, come back out, and lie to me, saying she asked the manager and nobody knows when it will be ready. Anyways, long way of saying I’m SUPER disappointed with my experience, especially given Domino’s supposed “2 minute” promise. I will admit their pizza has tasted great in the past, but I am astounded by the lack of customer service 😔 will not...
