Whataburger — Restaurant in Frisco

3.5 Stars?? Really? More like 1 star or zero at this location imho. I sat at the drive thru speaker box for 7 minutes (nobody ever acknowledged me). So then I parked my vehicle and went inside to order my food. Nobody greeted me (but there were plenty of workers around who saw me). After another additional 5 minutes a young lady finally took my order and my payment. Then…. I waited and I waited and I waited and I waited and I WAITED some more while OTHER customers who ordered their food AFTER me started getting their food orders…. WTH?? Where’s my order?? (After about 20 minutes from the time I paid for my order) the manager finally went to the back to make the NUMEROUS workers finally START preparing my order. HALLELUJAH

Been eating at Whataburger for 20 years. First time at this location. Very close to my house. I made a mobile order for a curbside. I arrived there. Waited 15 minutes for my food. Young man brought my food to my car and he was a nice young man. Took my food home. Took a sip of my coke zero and it was like drinking water. Too much salt on the fries. Burger was ok but not as tasty as other locations. I called the location and asked for a manager. I told the manager about the cook zero and he needs to check the syrup. I did not want other customers to have water instead of coke zero. He apologized and thanked me for calling. He did not offer to make it right. I did pay almost $3 for the drink. He did not say, I'll replace your drink next time you are here. That was very disappointing. This is a brand new location. Everything should be perfect. Unfortunately, it was far from that. I did not look at reviews before coming to this location I will give this location one more try to see how they do. I will update my review next time I am there. Corporate need to visit this location and find the root cause of the issues and...

The new location is gorgeous but think the workers would be better replaced with AI and I’m against AI so that’s saying something. The lack of professionalism is sad. Maybe because it’s kids here working that don’t want to actually do their job. No one seemed to be happy to be here and the store was so loud in the back the woman taking my order couldn’t even hear me resulting in my food being wrong and for a large meal with a large shake as well already being priced at almost $20 I don’t see the value in this location. I’ve worked for Whataburger as a manager years back and my boss would have my ass if my team performed this poorly. On top of the order being wrong it was made very messy overloading with ketchup to the point it was all over the paper and the cheese was cold like it just came out the fridge. I’ll be driving further to a different location at this point because while it’s a fast food chain, $20 almost for a meal is ridiculous to have this...
