Golden China Restaurant — Restaurant in Front Royal

I was so very upset with our first time visit. We walked in to a lady who would not smile and acted like she could care less she was lucky to have the job. Seen the cook setting on a bucket near the counter with very high music playing that had a lot of foul words in it. Once she seated us we ask why there was not a certain type of chicken out on buffet and was told by both employees who I will add did not or chose not to speak very good or even fair English at all. What we were asking for is a very common chicken, she tried to point to something on buffet and say it was what I was asking for and when I tried to explain she simple said no no all chicken is spicy!! Than I asked her again after looking at menu and was told maybe what your asking for is not sold on buffet but again said all chicken spicy. Than as we waited for drinks two young men came in and in foreign language begin a very loud and aggressive conversation with the cook still setting on bucket at front of restaurant beside hostess stand. I than went to restroom and was totally appalled at the lack of cleaning that apparently was hardly ever done. Oh my it was dirty. So I came back to table and told my daughter we were leaving. We asked hostess for Togo cups and she very hatefully slammed them on counter at us. I told her I would like to pay so she rang me up for 2 large teas at $7.87 !! Ok well that’s crazy too. I’m so sorry to leave a bad review but I do not work hard for my money to give to people who are rude and are acting like they could care less to even be there. While on our mother daughter weekend getaway my experience at this restaurant with the female working on Saturday evening 9:00pm 7/29 was not a plesent one, I only wanted to order a small order of vegetable lo main and I was told is only a couple more dollars for large and that I could only order a large after 8:30pm and that includes all menu items, now no where in the restaurant or in the menu is this rule posted so since my daughter orderd a appetizer along with her meal choice I just had a few bites of her meal, but then a customer came in and orderd carryout and he orderd a small shrimp fried rice and a small lo main, I was kinda upset so I asked the lady why the man was able to order small lo main and she said only carry out orders can order small I told her that this is very bad business and that if that is policy why isn't it posted anywhere... I tried to place a delivery order since we live in town and I spoke to a woman who claimed she was the manager and said they won't deliver to us because the drivers car is too small, then she changed her mind and said the car was broken, she lied multiple times about why they can't deliver to me. When I tried to ask to speak to someone else she said there wasn't anyone else then she left for a few minutes to get some guy who yelled at me saying they can't deliver to us without even knowing the address then he hung up.
