THE BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA EVER! I was diagnosed with celiac disease and pizza is one of my favorite foods. Sadly, the dough doesn’t agree with me. I have searched all up and down the east coast for good gluten-free pizza. From NYC to New Orleans, Maine to Biloxi, it is very rare and usually served on a retail brand dough, like Udi. It’s okay but it’s a substitute. When I heard that this little pizza place in Frostburg has been serving gluten-free, I had to try it. I went on a Sunday night with my husband, teen stepdaughter, and my Mother-in-Law. They got Alfredo and Lasagna, which each looked tasty. I ordered the gluten-free deluxe pizza. The owner brought the pizza to me, on a special pan, and explained how he had taken every precaution so that my pizza did not touch flour. It was made with such care and he was so pleasant, it made you want to patron the place.. but the taste? Simply incredible. It tastes like real pizza. I’m a customer for life. PS.. for non-gluten-free people, my teen daughter loved the Alfredo, my hubby thought it was just okay. My MIL said the Lasagna was very saucy and cheesy. Also, the house dressing is awesome.

I ordered a Stromboli. $17. I get the order, 55min AFTER I ordered. Paid for the food. Got in the house. Opened the box. Its a pizza. NOT a Stromboli. I call and the supposed owner gets on the phone. Any customer has the right to be upset. But I wasn't yelling or cussing. This man with a heavy accent starts yelling at ME and literally said I was just a customer and that I was wrong to be the one upset. When I ask well, will it be another hour to get what I really ordered, he hung up on me. I called back cause I really did NOT want pizza, and he hung up again after yelling at ME. Horrible! Never again and I hope he loses a LOT of business. I got the wrong order. They messed the order up, not me. I even have the receipt where it states...boli. This was my only 2nd time ever ordering from them. Never. Ever. Again. He clearly is all in it for himself and the customer is always wrong. Btw...pizza is ICE COLD. Gotta heat it up now before I can eat it. So much for fresh HOT food from this place.

The only saving grace was the spaghetti and lasagna. Both were generous portions that were amazing. We ordered the bruschetta and extra garlic knots. The bruschetta was burned on the bottom and the sides and was cold. Maybe that was due to pick up being cold, but being burned was not. The garlic knots were also overdone and hard and had no garlic flavor at all. They were thrown out with the bruschetta.

Mario'ssss you were my go to for cheesesteak subs. My tride & true. Not sure if theirs different cooks or what but the food just isn't the same. Last time our order was sloppy and wasn't right, they were nice enough to remake the food and give us a gift card. Tonight I used the gift card. Ordered cheesesteaks for my husband & I along with some tenders. The cheesesteak was lacking on meat...they used to be stuffed. It was also dry... no cheese on either of the CHEESESTEAKS. Barely any mayo. I asked for grilled/fried onions on both of ours...my husband got his but I had some raw onion that may have touched the grill for 2.5 seconds. That raw onion is not the same as grilled/fried and it changes the whole taste of the sub. Mario's I'm disappointed :( I'm sure with it being a Saturday evening it was busy but the food whether you're busy or slow should always be the same & just as good. Could I have brought the food back to be fixed...hell yeah. But I shouldn't of had to. That's two...
