I'm not going to be able to say I'm unreasonable in my experience here, however I will say this Carl's Jr is by far the worst one in a while of my negative encounters with this kind of visits.
After DUI class my girlfriend and I are going to eat here after an Amazon drop off at Kohl's. There is a lady who looks like Steven Tyler inside there and they were already saying that they didn't get her online order or something similar to this. She was doing her best to get her family dinner but stepped aside for us to order.
I ordered the $6 box of chicken sandwich, cheeseburger, fries, drink & cookie meal for myself, while the girlfriend ordered 5 chicken tenders and a strawberry shake.
To my beginning of my box experience what's the Dr pepper machine didn't work. I asked if the drive-thru one was working the guy said no. So I ask if I can just get the drink taken off my meal because I only drink Dr pepper if it's not a Pepsi product place. He said no cuz it's a combo which I reported well do you think you can just hook me up with a small milkshake just because you guys don't have Dr Pepper. He said then he would have to charge me more. So in no way was I served for what I paid for so asked for my refund for my meal then went outside to smoke a cigarette while my girlfriend waited for hers.
When she reconvene with me she informed me that she asked for his name and he mumbled it to her and she said please repeat it again but he brushed off the side to take the next person's order near closing time so it was not that busy. So if I had been in there no one would speak or tell off a person like that especially my girlfriend. So not only was I disregarded in a customer service Manor it was another level of disrespect to my girlfriend from a disrespectful person. I don't know his name but it'd be appreciated if he apologized for the lack of respect towards her and I will be sure staying a buying customer of the Carl's Jr company. Read moreWarning- do not use app to order from this location. Yesterday, we placed an order to be picked up via drive through. When we arrived we were told our order was already picked up. We went inside to prove that we in fact had not received our order when an employee named Emily, maybe she was a team lead or manager she refused to specify, that the order was put on the counter, someone had already taken it and there was NOTHING she could do. She repeatedly told us it was not her fault. We asked if she had looked at the order numbers because we were picking up via drive through. Again she refused to offer us an explanation of how some random person took off with a 3 meal order worth $65 with no matching confirmation-She explained we needed to call corporate.. She refused to remake the order- the customer service number she gave us pushes you to fill out a request form online. Of course we will dispute the charge but Emily really needs to be sent to customer service training because it was absolutely unacceptable being told it was our problem to deal with and to then watch her throw the young man working with her under the bus as if it was his fault was even...
Read moreHad a craving for a Western Bacon and stopped by this location. Only to wait in line for 5 minutes without a single acknowledgement from any of the employees. The only person taking orders was only taking drive thru orders and ignoring the line inside and when I asked if I had to go to the drive thru to place an order, she said "I'll be with you in a moment" rudely and at that point I just left without ordering. One other person ahead of me had already left without ordering. Very poor service and attitude.
