Chase Coffee Roasters — Restaurant in Fullerton

I went to Chase Coffee Roasters last month. I got there before the doors were open and the owner let me in anyways. I proceeded to order an expresso from him. While he was preparing my order we started talking about coffee and his pouring method. It was so great to meet someone who loves coffee as much as I do. He was a great guy who made me feel like a regular, even though this was my first time going to his establishment.

As for the coffee, let's just say it was perfect right out the gate. It had a sweetness, even though I did not put any sugar in it. It was perfectly roasted and was bold but never bitter. I ended up buying another just because it tasted so good. I think I would had bought a third (by the way they were each double shots) but I decided it might be a little too much for the heart (but boy they tasted GREAT!).

Although I live in Arizona, I look forward to being in the area again so I can get some more Chase Coffee. Keep up...

This is a dope little coffee spot with breakfast options while you're looking to score a study session. They have open and semi-private booths which gives some privacy whether you're meeting up to catch up on some tea or just to have no distractions while you're studying for a bit. I was in the middle of a session while I was waiting to meet with a relative to catch up with for some time. I ended up ordering the chorizo breakfast burrito and it was delicious! Super filling and savory. I was informed that the owner is a chef so the options are designed very well for food. I ended up ordering a Chai drink with strawberry as I don't drink coffee anymore. I know how can I right?! Honestly, the drink tastes like a smoothie but with a smoother consistency. Definitely worth getting.

I just came in and there was a guy and a girl working. The guy was trying very hard to be kind while also working and taking orders. The girl was very rude to him. She refused to talk to us, and would tell him to speak. When someone came to get their order, the customer asked “is my order done?” And the girl said, “it’s been done. “ the customer looked so embarrassed. It was honestly really disheartening to see and sad. I came bc of TikTok and was surprised to see how negative the atmosphere was. I hope in the future she learns to be not only be kinder to customers but to her guy coworker who honestly was...
