My friend is a local here and he took us to this place. I went for the tuna combination, it is the #1 item my friend recommended but it wasn't available the night i visted. If this is the plate you want, perhaps call ahead to check. We had the halibut sashimi instead. They have a slightly different style cut that i have not had before, and the texture are great. the slices are fresh and have a light crunch. It's better than the once you get from some local market, even though both are live from the tank. It is right by the railroad track, so you can hear the train passing by, but that didn't bother us at all. The inside is cozy, small, but didn't feel cramped at all
