Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Fullerton

I placed an order for 1 pizza and 1 order of bread sticks. Delivery time was set for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. 25 minutes after estimated time I still did not receive my order even though it had said it was out for delivery. I called and spoke to the store manager Sergio who was unapologetic, rude and unprofessional. I ended the call with him feeling like the situation was my fault and that I was bothering him, another 30 minutes passed and I still never received my order but received my order but did receive a alert on my phone that it was delivered. I called and spoke with Sergio again and he was even ruder this time telling me that I have to wait and there busy and it will be there when it’s there. I requested it to be canceled at that point and he made me stay on the phone while he called the driver to cancel the order and I said you know You are very unprofessional are you the only manager? And he responded call my Manager I don’t care it doesn’t affect me. I’m an easy going person and probably too passive aggressive, but I’m really surprised by this entire situation. I called the store to inquire promotion on a large one topping pizza ($9.99). I called again to place the order and Sergio mentioned that there is no promotion. I called again and someone else offered the same promotion and my total was $40.37. When I went to pick up the pizza, Sergio said there is no promotion and tried to charge me $30 more. He said on his screen there is only full price and there is no promotion. I told him the amount I was told on the phone and he refused to give me the pizza until I pay more. Can’t believe I called in the order that I went to pick up and it was the completely wrong order. When I got home I told them it was wrong and they said they can’t do anything about it because that’s how the person who I called placed the order.
