Starbucks — Restaurant in Fullerton

9/26/2025 This evening I had one of the most upsetting customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a drink and a pastry. From the start, Isabel, the employee taking my order, was rude no idea why. But when I pulled up to the window, the interaction became far worse.

I got to the window and there was no greeting she just handed me the card reader and glared at me.

The worst part of this experience was when Isabel walked away from the register, called me a name to the man making a drink next to the register, and he immediately laughed, looked at me, and shook his head. It was clear they were speaking about me, and it left me feeling humiliated and extremely uncomfortable.

When Isabel returned, she handed me my pastry without saying a word. There was no greeting, no thank you, no acknowledgment at all. I paused, waiting to see if she would say anything, but she made a face I also believe she called me a name under her breath.

This was not just poor service it was targeted and disrespectful behavior. I left confused by the interaction and do not want to return to this location. I attempted to call a manager afterward, but the line was unclear and I couldn’t hear anyone. I plan to call again tomorrow, but I wanted to document this experience immediately so it is...

Chocolate croissant used to be good years ago. Since now come in a plastic bag (much like those one could get ina deli) are horrible quality. The chocolate in them is more like the one from a Hershey's liquido chocolate bottle and doesn't taste very good at all.

Well one could at least say that even if the croissant wasn't something that could be called such by any stretch of the word, maybe the coffee was good?... Nope. Here either do not know how to make it or they are making drinks drawing coffee several times from the same load.

Guys, you need to take out and fill properly the cup at the end of the handle that goes in the espresso machine each time! Cant use it a few times for more than one espresso!

We basically got served watered down coffee and I am not saying watered down expresso! It tasted like the peppermint mocha and the caramel macchiato were basically made with watered down American coffe! Revolting and undrinkable we ended up throwing the away. What a disappointment and what a waste of money.

Lucky for them I took them to go and didn't had no chance to drin them there... Or would have let them try the incredible garbage they just served me!

Never again...

A typical Starbuck experience with an ample size indoor area to enjoy your coffee.

I enjoyed the ample seating space present at this location. There are plenty of areas to sit and relax. The indoor space also houses several books from a community library. The extra spaces adds to the relaxing environment.

There are just a few areas of improvement needed here. One, the music ambience was rather loud during my visit. The smooth music should be a bit lower in the morning to enjoy the relative calm nature present here in the morning. The coffee shop across the street is a great place for a relaxing environment. Second, the speed of the baristas should improve a bit. Considering if a customer just orders a cup of coffee, it should be served right there during the payment. It's just a cup of coffee.
