You have to order an hour before to make sure your order is ready. I always wait at least 30-40 mins. The last time I had a order people before me got their orders and was still waiting. If I didnt ask about my order they werent going to make it again. They didnt make it again even though I asked so I had to ask twice. After 40 minutes I got my order and not even any apology. If the store was busy I would understand but watching the baristas behind you can see they are just standing or staring around while only 2 of them does their job.
ANother bad experience: Just asked for a fresh cup of ice. I already had ordered earlier in t and I just wanted a fresh cup of ice to pour my coffee. The barista said I had to wait in the line. You can imagine how the lines are on a monday 10 am at a library, the line goes outside of the store. I'm a frequent customer at Starbucks and seek out Starbucks wherever I go but I will not being doing that anymore. I've never seen that kind of behavior from a Starbucks employee.
