My recent visit to Baskin Robbins was nothing short of a nightmare. It seems like they have a revolving door for employees, as there are always new faces behind the counter who have no clue what they're doing.
I simply asked for a small scoop of ice cream in a unicorn cup, a request that apparently stumped the employee. Despite my willingness to pay full price for a smaller portion, they flat-out refused to accommodate me. Strike one.
Thinking I'd have better luck with a small cone, I made the mistake of asking for one. What did I get? The wrong cone, of course. And when I requested a regular cone, I was handed a pile of broken cones with melting ice cream oozing out. Strike two.
Fed up with the incompetence on display, I decided to cut my losses and walk away without making a purchase. But oh no, it doesn't end there. The cherry on top of this disaster was when the employee had the audacity to accuse me of stealing, right in front of other customers. Strike three.
To add insult to injury, I was still charged the full price for an order. Talk about adding insult to injury.

Read moreI placed an order for a strawberry Ice cream cake for my son. It was supposed to be ready at 12:20pm. I called around 12:10 to ask if it was alright that I picked my order up about an hour later and she said that it was fine. When I got there to pick up they brought me someone else's cake. I let them know it wasn't mine and I had called earlier to let them know I would be late for pickup. They had not even made the cake. They offered for me to come back the next day which would not work since it was for his birthday and I had ordered it in advance. They then seemed inconvenienced and said they could have it done by 7pm. We had plans and that was hours after when it should have been ready. This was what my son was so excited for. We were really disappointed and they didn't seem like they really cared that they totally skipped our oder. Read moreArrived before closing time on July 4th and the girls got pretty annoyed that we came in. Took them a little while to take our order and when she did she was rolling her eyes. Then you had the other girl giving her family free things and talking bad about us for the fact that we came in 5 min before closing time. I mean common sense or courtesy is if you don’t want to sell then all you have to do is politely tell the customer “sorry it’s closed”, change your time on your sign and lock your front doors. Just rudeness, the talking behind customers back, kicking out customers but not her family, treating friends better than paying customers.
The ice cream was good and but the cone was super stale.
Definitely not coming back here again and I am letting my neighbors know how bad this place is on customer service. Maybe the owner needs to train some of these girls on customer service.
