I loved the bright red food truck, and the food went downhill from there. Staff is pleasant and friendly. The food however leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered the crawfish etouffee and hubby had the shrimp po’boy. The etouffee was a tad short on seasoning, and the overall texture was more like paste, both the rice and crawfish were mushy, not something I expected. We’ve eaten many Egg Rolls in the past this was our first time trying Boudin egg rolls. We ordered the 4 eggrolls for $12.99…since when does two egg rolls tore in half (not cut but tore) equal 4!!
