Tio's — Restaurant in Fuquay-Varina

Long time happy customer of this local business, but today will be the LAST TIME we EVER order from this business! We ordered our typical order 24 garlic parmesan wings, a pizza and a salad. Usually the wings are well seasoned, pizza hot and salad fresh. Today, the wings had little/no seasoning and the cucumbers on the salad were squishy and the lettuce was browning around the edge. Very unlike the quality we typically get. So I called the store and the lady handed me off to the manager. The manager listened, offered no apology but did offer 25% off my next order. He said he was going to talk to the owner who was actually the guy who delivered the order a few minutes before. I said no, I would like to talk to the owner directly. I shared my concerns and lack of satisfaction with the wings and salad they made and delivered. I explained we've have really great food here before a number of times. And today was very disappointing. The owner said he typically check most orders that go out. I asked if he checked mine and he didn't answer. He proceeded to tell me we've spoken before because I've called in and complained. That isn't remotely true. We've only have good experiences up until tonight. That was very telling as it shows other people have called with issues with their food. You would think that if you owned such a business you'd at least investigate the issue and perhaps fix the kitchen issue. But no. The owner asked that we never place an order there again. Happy to oblige, sir. You will never get another dollar from us, and I hope others don't waste their money at your establishment either with such poor product experience and lack of...

Ordered pizza through the Slice app. Delivery took about 20 minutes longer than expected. Contacted the restaurant after our order was 10 minutes late and the person told us “he should be there in a little while, he left a while ago. If he’s not there in 10 minutes give us a call back and we’ll call him and see where he’s at.” The driver finally showed up about 10 mins later and forgot the soda that was ordered with the pizza. FYI, he ran to the corner store and bought one and brought it to us. The pizza was room temperature at best but tasted ok. Went to heat up the left overs today for lunch and found a piece of plastic wrap had been baked into the crust. Contacted Slice with a picture and Peter from Slice stated that the restaurant would not correct the issue because it wasn’t the day of the order but offered a $5 credit. This plastic wrap would've only been discovered if i would’ve happened to grab that slice of pizza. I do not plan on ordering from this restaurant or using the slice app again. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY....We ordered 2 med pizzas, 2 subs, garlic knots, cheesy bread at the store. We waited 1hr/20 min. When I asked how much longer, they gave me the pizzas and I was told 10 min for the rest of the order. The pizzas were cold but we ate anyway because everyone was starving at that point and we were still 2hrs away from home. After another 20 min, we got cold cheesesteak and italian sandwiches, cold garlic knots and hot but barely cooked garlic cheesy bread. By this time we were finally on the road headed home. I called the mgr/owner Guillermo and explained how awful our food was. He didn't care or want to talk or rectify anything. All he said was you seen how busy we were. We would never come back to this horrible hole in the wall. I'm pretty sure they won't be in business for very long. Like I said don't spend your money here. Go someplace with good food and customer experience. Someplace that appreciates your patronage. There was no option below 1 star, I looked for rock bottom...otherwise I would have...
