Jack is one of our favorite hamburger joints here in town you know every town has their favorite little hamburger joint it's just according to what city and state you live in in our town is not tiny but I'm sure it is compared to many we have quite a few to choose from but Jack's is our favorite especially their secret sauce that they use on hamburgers love their seasoning salt they use on French fries along with the other things you can get fried chicken mashed potatoes chicken sandwiches stuff like that nice little fast food restaurant pop in and out or take 30 minutes out for a quick lunch you won't be disappointed oh and they have hand-dipped Blue Bell ice cream it's hard to find anymore most of the time machine ice cream and we love them more homemade field in bluebells about as close as you can get these days unless you want to make it at home yourself but yeah Jack is their favorite place and hopefully it'll...

I was there yesterday about 6:10p.m to order 4 chicken biscuits well done ( last time it was not cooked), regular fry and a chopped steak meal with grilled onions. We waited 10 mins and I went in to find that they have not dropped my chicken yet. The manager said they just dropped it when they saw me come in. I waited an extra 10 mins for my food, she gave me 3 coupons for my wait. Cool!? Not!? I get home and the chicken is not fully cooked and my meat from the chopped steak dinner stank, and I mean it stunk. I just can't figure out how meat can smell so bad and they not notice. Leftover food left on table and under tables. Manager was extremely rude. Manager was also rude to her staff. The young lady that took my order was very Curtius even though the manager was rude to her also. The girl had rung a meal instead of a snack and manager pretty much acted like I should get that anyway like it was a big hassle for her to correct the order!! Not one single staff member has even walked out to the dining area in over three hours!! That’s how long a half eaten hamburger under the table and on the table have been there including the all the other dirty tables and what looks like to be a half of a biscuit crumbled up under another table.
