Brandi's Restaurant — Restaurant in Gaffney

I try my best to bring my lunch to work or eat sensibly. I go into a new place only new to me. I find a table and sit down read the menu and ready to order. Ten minutes goes by. A young lady cleaning tables ask a waitress to wait on me. She acknowledges me says she will be right back. All I said to was Thank you. She did everything she could not to come back. The lady cleaning tables tries to get someone else for me. Now the only thing I have done so far is sit down and only word I have said was thank you. That person is talking to someone and it might just be important. Table cleaning lady tries to get a 3rd person to help me. Nope, so I decided to get up and leave why. Maybe they didn’t like my clothes, shoes or just me. When I stood up from the table the customer behind me was trying to get a waitress because I was leaving. So I quietly left with my feelings hurt. So instead of a cheeseburger and being out to see people and their smiles, I had yogurt, organic cucumbers and an apple at my desk....

Wife and I walked in and stopped to wait for wait staff. No signs so we didn't know if we were supposed to just go in or wait to be seated. A waitress came over and asked if we were having tea. We replied that we didn't know yet. She said "OK" and then walked off without another word. We thought that she was going to get menus and would be back to seat us, but she started doing other things and completely ignored us. After about 5 minutes or so of standing there, feeling very awkward, we decided to leave. At that time someone who appeared to be a cook came up and told us there was room in the back part of the restaurant and to sit where we wanted. We had already made the decision to leave, so we left. We don't plan to go...

Food is good, the service not so much! If you get the young waitress with curly, red hair expect an attitude, but she'll back talk you with a "smile on her face" (her words!). Also, they advertise "all day breakfast" but we waited for 44 minutes, and after seeing grill orders being served long after we placed our order, we just politely asked her where our order was. This waitress right off copped an attitude! My daughter and I were both shaking when we left. We have driven from NC to eat here several times for breakfast AND ordered the daily specials to go for supper! After this waitress's attitude, we will not be returning. Such a shame, because an all day breakfast drew us to...
