Overall it's a good place, good food that's inexpensive and friendly employees! Love the burgers and fries, as well as the coconut pie! The only thing that annoys me here which often happens and is frustrating is using the full dollar amount for food comps. If I have a $25 food comp, I want $25 rang up worth of food. I'm here again right now and same thing. I said let me know the total and I'll either add enough bacon until it's $25 or a side and anything over my $25 comp I'll pay with card. Total came to $23. Not trying to sound petty, but it's annoying and a waste. I had a $50 food comp last month and I asked for my total and she just said it's covered and handed me back my players card. Total wasn't even $40 which means over $10 went back to the house. I could have used that $10 for a burger to go, with bacon and not owed anything. I'm quick when I order and don't stand there asking questions holding up the line. Pleaae do better. I spend a lot of money in this casino and should be allowed to use the full dollar amount of food comps since the restaurants do get reimbursed. Otherwise it's a good place to eat and the...
Read moreHi, I'm writing this review for the ER. After my grandmother visiting winstar (which is great) with my aunt and cousin, and eating at your establishment my grandmother was admitted into the AMC hospital with possible seizures. Turned out it was bladder infection, and kidney infection. She later when able to speak told me she was in EXCRUSTIATING pain. To the point of being unable to form sentences. Constant vomiting. Causing severe dehydration. She ALSO told me this was after eating ONLY the OUTTER corners of a greasy burger that was PINK on the inside from your establishment. I will not be recommending this place to any of my fellow compatriots. I also will be filing a health code violation wellness check. Hope you learn to keep your customers safe. & hold your cooks reliable and up to code. If I stop in to your establishment. I will be speaking to your head team leader, or head chef, or owner. Whomever is available to voice this scare your restaurant gave my family. Have a...
Read moreWhat can I say about this place? It reminds me of the Nathans hot dog places I eat at when in Vegas. Hot dogs customized with all sorts of toppings.
I decided on the Californian. A bacon wrapped hot dog, with hatch chili's and shredded cheddar, as well as a sauce on top. Overall it had good flavor, was filling, and came out decently quick. Cheese was shredded fresh and was of decent quality.
The cashier was friendly, answered all my questions, offered suggestions, and informed me of items not on the menu such as the option for a foot long which is what I ordered.
Prices were fair, selection was decent, options were endless with the assortment of toppings they offer.
The location was open late on week nights, so I will probably visit again for a late night snack next time I visit...
